I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was big, spotless clean, quiet, private and comfortable. I was also offered a very nice breakfast, delivered to my door in a cute basket :) Only 15 minutes drive to the ski slopes of Klínovec, very nice thermal spa 5 min by foot, beautiful Karlovy Vary also not far (20 min drive). I didn’t have time to explore more of Jáchymov, but I will surely return. I can easily picture this will be my steady place to stay when I feel like skiing, also not far from my home.

Really nice accommodation in completely new apartments. Fully equipped, with space for storing your ski equipment, elevator, and cozy rooms. The staff was attentive and answered super quick.

We liked everything specially short trip to skiing resort Klinovec which is 12 minutes from the town by car.

Great apartments in Spa town Jachymov. Just be carefull and bring your food with you and book only restaurant Jachym in advance as there is not so much choice in the town to eat. Nice flat, nice beds, nice people, great sky room to leave and dry your stuff over night.

There is an automatic light in the corridor that activates with movement. While convenient during the day, it becomes inconvenient at night when one needs to use the toilet; it's too bright and can disturb my wife and me. Having the option to manually turn it on and off would be appreciated. In the kitchen, there is occasional noise, and you can hear neighbors talking or the kettle whistling. Unfortunately, there was no sponge provided, making it challenging to clean dishes. The request to sort and dispose of trash on the ground floor is reasonable, but in the apartment, there was only one trash bin with a bag. We didn't have extra bags, making it difficult to adhere to the sorting requirement. Additionally, we couldn't find a designated bin for organic waste on the ground floor.

Smooth check-in process: I received an SMS containing the door code, and later found a key waiting for us on the table in the apartment. Convenient storage space is available for equipment like skis, helmets, boots, and snowboards, with the added bonus of a drying area for clothes. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, though a sponge for cleaning dishes would have been a welcome addition. I found the radiators in the apartment particularly useful for drying out gloves and socks. Ample parking spaces in front of the building were a great convenience and something I highly appreciated. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and found it to be excellent value for the price.

They allow us to check-in earlier, room for bikes, fully equiped kitchen, nice balcony with chairs and table. Good location for trail running and cycling.

Very new appartment, this is good, but maybe due to this a few small things could be better Missing some kitchen equipment, as cheese cutter, more chopping boards, extra knifes, & forks, glasses, trays, big dishes to serve at. Breakfast things No oven or toaster More hangers in all rooms for your clothes could be nice Small tables to place the suitcases/bag instead of the floor Only minor things :)

Quiet place on a dead-end street. Comfortable free private parking. No hassle check-in – you’ll just receive a PIN via SMS prior to arrival – no need to contact/wait for anybody. The whole place was precisely clean but still cozy. Spacious room for skis/bikes with loops to lock your stuff and power outlets to charge e-bikes. The small kitchen had everything to cook a quick meal. The whole place was very quiet during my stay – probably cause the majority of guests were active during the day and wanna rest in the evening. In summary – everything was top notch and I will gladly return.

misleading information about the location (its very far from Karlovy Vary). The check-in process was a bit hectic as the host sent check-in information to through phone's message (caution: overseas numbers with roaming may not get the message). Emailed to host but not replied.

Once you paid and got your door code hosts just dissappear, they don't answer the phone or reply to sms. So if you have a problem you will not get any help. No hair dryer, no coffee maker, only 1 roll of toilet paper and no one around to ask for more
