There weren't outlets near every bed. And the ones that are, they're of terrible quality. The sewage system in the shower is defective, so while you shower your feet are completely in water.

Nothing to really dislike . The property was 2 kms from the town Centre but I knew that already and we Don’t mind walking .

Everything was good , not too many people staying on my floor so the shower room and toilet were never really busy. The water was strong and hot and the wifi was really fast .

Horrible kitchen utensils - preparing food is almost impossible. Pans are not fitting the cooker what makes them useles, One of them fits, but still it's a trash, with damaged teflon and horrible to wash. I think there are 2 plates over there, but he other tourists took them to their room, so we hadn't any.

Sheets weren’t clean, there is a hole in door, there is no mirror in the bathroom, there are only two ceiling lamps (two of them are without light bulb) so you have to walk in the dark to find the bed, …

We have booked 2 rooms, in both rooms the smell was very bad (smoking and urine). Dirty shared kitchen (made by other guests I guess). We had kitchen, one shower and toilet for 4 rooms. The linen had poor quality.

The apartment situated not so far from city center - 20 minutes by walk. Also the towels and shower gel were available. In the kitchen we have the dish and oven. Quick contact with owner.

We were extremely disappointed with the accommodation provided by your hotel. Upon arrival, we were given a room located in the basement, with a strong smell of dampness and mold. The mattress, bedding, and the entire room smelled musty, and it was impossible to stay there comfortably. In addition, the toilet and shower were located on a different floor, even though the description stated that all facilities were inside the room. The conditions we encountered were completely different from what was advertised and shown in the photos. We asked to change the room, but our request was refused. As a result, we had to urgently find another hotel and pay again, since it was impossible to stay in such conditions. We spent only a short time in that room, yet our clothes and belongings absorbed the damp smell. This place cannot be considered a hotel room — it seems more like a storage or maintenance area, completely unsuitable for guests.

It was advertised as apartment, but in reality it was a dingy, dirty little room. The so called kitchen was in the basement, where the mould was everywhere and I couldn’t breathe. So called safe parking was not safe at all, with random people hopping in through a hole in the fence. The bathroom had black mould all over the walls. I was supposed to stay for two nights, but I left the following morning.

Nothing. The state didn’t match the photos on Booking.com.

There was bandito Camp people from Ukraine. czech republic Russian.every day and night noises.. out side Karlovy vary at night is danger's. Never I chose this one.

The walls in the room are dirty, the bedding is burnt with cigarettes. A lot of garbage, it feels like the repair was not done at all. The place resembles a boarding house from the 90s. The Internet doesn't work in the morning. There is water on the floor in the toilet. There is mold on the walls in the bathroom. Disgusting. If someone is talking in the next room, it feels like they are talking in your room.

Dirty bedsheets and curtains, stinks in the room , broken wardrope and not enough light in the room and around the premises especially in the parking area. Very old and was the worst nightmare ever to stay at this accomodation. TV did not work , should be transferred to a museum.

We have booked a one bedroom apartment with bedroom, sitting area, kitchenette and bathroom and what we got was a single room without anything. Shared bathroom and kitchen somewhere in the hall.
