There isn't much directly near the apartment. There is a lack of close by bars and restaurants. There is no sofa in the apartment, only a chair. There is enough space for a sofa. The view over the train tracks is not appealing but at least there were no trains going by while we were there. Just one that was doing track maintenance.

A good affordable place to stay not far outside the old town area. We were here for four nights and found the apartment comfortable for that length of stay. We walked into town each day but used the tram to get from/to the main train station. The kitchen was good for cooking meals. There is a Lidl supermarket not far away. For a studio apartment there was a good amount of space.

At present near the apartment there are big road works. You will have to pass a no-entry traffic sign to reach the apartment by car, but it's ok.

The building is located really close to the train station, however it is not the main station in Olomouc, and international trains do not stop there.

The apartment is big enough for two persons. We were amazed by the size of the bathroom - it is huge and therefore very comfy. The kitchen is a part of the main room, but it is very well equipped. There is even a mini-bar with a basic set of beverages (to be paid for separately - each has got a price-label. The host also left a few tickets for local buses/trams. Air-con was working properly, and - amazingly - was useful even at the beginning of June. The building is located just outside the Old Town, and there are both Lidl and Billa available within short walk.

I did not like the bed sheet. It had a strange texture. But I think that's my problem.

Very nice location. Easy parking and very spacious parking space. Very spacious apartment. Clean. Fair price. Lovely touches such as tram tickets in the apartment and you leave the cash or pay via a QR code . The price was good for what we got. Very friendly host who let us use the parking space until 3pm. Good communication in English and Czech.

The spacious room comfortably accommodated four beds, providing space for everyone. All the essentials for a weekend stay were readily available - from kitchen utensils to bathroom amenities. Free parking just under the apartment is handy. The keys in the locker and door code are great for entering, so there was no need for coordination with the host. And it's close to the centre.

The outdoor blinds were rather difficult to operate for us. The passing trains are noisy but they are small, pass quickly and do not operate at night, only early morning there was maybe one.

Location, parking, spacious room, tea/coffee facility, minibar, everything we needed was there. Even umbrellas which we did not need 😉. We arrived after 9pm, no problem, with detailed description in e-mail it was easy to find the key and get into the room.

Everything was perfect for my week’s stay. The host, Renata, was very helpful and made my stay very comfortable. I’ve seen complaints about the noise of the trains, but it didn’t bother me at all.

No access to Netflix or others. Many little things with price tags on them to snack on or drink. Either offer for free or get rid of them! Couldn't open balcony door.

As other reports, the train is really noisy. It was extremely hot in the apartment, I didn't find any way to control the heat. Air-conditioning did not work, make sure that you test this before the host leaves. Double bed was extremely hard, the extra bed was better. No sofa to sit on.

Parking place was great, modern building in a central location. Near the tram line. All the amenities that you normally need are there.
