Great location right in the city center, beautiful view of the canal and hotels. Facilities is so clean and convinient for both short and long stay with a lot of good local restaurants around. Staff are so helpful and supportive during parking and check-in/out process.

The apartment's furnishings are getting a little tired. There was a broken window latch and curtain hook. The tables had little scratches. But most of it was perfect. Cleanliness was the most important to us - and the apartment was spotless!

The location was spectacular! We went to watch the World Triathlon Series Championship and the view was perfect! The apartment was nice and central, and local to all amenities including some great bars and restaurants!

Check in was a bit unclear / complicated involving phone calls and being met, but perhaps just because we need to park the car, which was 10min walk away but pretty convenient.

Perfect location, amazing view and right in the heart of everything. Comfy sofa bed and good facilities. A little cramped with 4 but still OK and worth it for the location.

This was a fabulous apartment in a great location. A cool view from every window. The apartment was on the top floor of an old building so a window in every direction. Bright, airy, clean and comfortable. The hosts were absolutely fantastic to deal with, so responsive and accommodating. They even collected us from the bus station. I highly recommend it!

We had two coffee pods, admittedly there were two of us and we stayed just one night but for those of us who like more than one coffee, or at least have the option to, it would have been nice. Other than that, completely perfect!

Everything from start to finish was super, we were picked up at the train station, the location is perfect, the apartment is clean. Happy to recommend and will definitely return.

The host was very responsive and booked our (free) transport from the (free) parking lot to the accommodation. You can leave your car parked there for as long as you like, or take it/park again whenever you like without having to contact anyone, as it was a driveway parking spot by a garage in a cul-de-sac, so quite secure at the same time. Then it was just a 3 minute ride via the shuttle to the accommodation. However it's quite up the hill, so if you'd want to walk it the other way back it requires some stamina. Once at the property they took us upstairs and showed us the flat. It was very modern, recently refurbished, clean as it could be and also roomy. Beds were comfy, the view is right on the promenade/river. Restaurants are literally on front of the door and everything is walking distance. Couldn't be more happy about this stay! :) Thanks

We liked everything.

From the first contact we couldn't fault the staff. They went over and above to make our stay perfect, from picking us up from the bus station to, arranging to have bird poo removed from the window and generally providing everything we needed. The apartment was perfect for a couple and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again if we return to beautiful Karlovy Vary.

The sofa creaked a little, and there was no shower essentials except for soap, such as shower gel, etc.

The overall impression was very good; the room was clean and comfortable.

There was no AC, and I wasn't comfortable opening the windows due to bugs. There were two large fans that helped. Also, the apartment was on the third floor, and the elevator didn't work most of the time.

The level of service was excellent. We were told to call approximately 30 minutes before arrival and upon parking (unfortunately the free parking was full) we were picked up and dropped off at our apartment. Our driver offered us many tips on parking an so on. Communication was excellent.

The apartment was centrally located and well-equipped for family accommodation. The host was helpful and even picked us up from the bus station and drove us to the apartment.

Slightly tired already.

Excellent, central location. Great spacious penthouse apartment and lovely views from the window. Very comfortable beds. Member of staff helped us park our car, so this was stress free part of our trip. Good enough kitchen for making little snacks, coffee or tea.
