Hello, thank you for your stay and your review! Parking is very convenient, we send extensive instructions on free and paid parking options. Authorisation is also simple, you can buy the parking ticket online, or on the 2 other spots. You can avoid gradient using back door. We put sand in the winter and drive, walk, without any problems. You can park in front of the house with 100 czk per day, behind the house if you find a spot, or along "Na Vyhlidce" street on public parking. This information is sent in the first message. Hello, thank you for your stay and your review. We are very sorry for the cleaning, usually its at a decent level, happens once in a time though. Laundry is done with a third party, we will communicate, sorry for that as well. The furniture in the apartment is mostly new, apart from a closet. There are 5 beds in the apartment, only 2 of them are wooden. They might creak if you jump on them, but it doesnt mean you cant sleep on them. We will act upon the smell as well, could happen that is stays after the guests which have just left. Thank you for your stay and our apologies again.

Hello, thank you for your stay and your review! We are very sorry, that some people are rude. Unfortunately people are stressed due to the economic situation, dont take it personally. You can use back door in order to avoid the hill. You can also use the bus on the way back, the bus stop is in 3 min walk fro the back door as well. Looking forward to see you again!

Hello, thank you for your stay and your review. There are 4 beds in this apartment you can choose from, two of which are wooden, on the fist floor. Wooden beds can do some noises, but thats nothing horrible, unless you jump on them. Even taken that, there are other two beds on the second floor of this apartment, which dont do any noises at all. We clean all the mattresses once a month with a special wet vacuum cleaner. All the furnishing and facilities in this apartment are new: tables, couch, chairs, TV, dishes. The apartment itself was renovated last year. The carpet is washed once, twice a month. The whole building itself is being carefully maintained throughout the year. You have free channels, free wifi, free laundry, free parking, if there is a spot, or 4 euros per night. For all of that you have paid 40 euros for two people per night. We would hardly find the same price for that value, around our city, or if we travel to Germany. Going to the bed upstairs, in case you jump on the bed downstairs, should be simple. We dont understand your complaint, but thank you for your stay and we are looking forward to see you again.
