Parking for the clients who are coming by car could be something to add up to the value of this place.

The location is great, even though it’s a bit challenging to get there by car due to very steep and narrow streets.

The bed proximity to the kitchen unfortunately results in noise with even the slightest movement. Some items, such as a single pillowcase and a towel, appear to be well-worn and could benefit from replacement. Additionally, the television remote would function better with fresh batteries.

Good instructions. There is free parking available. The environment is clean. It is calm. All the necessary amenities are provided for both short and long stays. A free laundry room is available.

Check-in - The support phone is down. I still haven't received a response to my "help" message. I could still sit there, and no one ever to help me. Communication - I would say that the communication with multiple messages was cumbersome, as a result of which I missed the most important information. I was sent standard information about all the options. This worried me because I had to find exactly what I needed. Moreover, the information came irregularly and in pieces, which also made it difficult to find exactly what I needed. In addition, the host expected my internet to work all the time, and on the last day, when I was already on the road, they sent me the most important message. They did not take into account that I might not have internet at that time, because I am a foreigner. Equipment - Very modern equipment, but no instructions. As an elderly person, this made it difficult to use the equipment. I had to find a solution — for example, how to boil water, because such a modern kettle with different colours, but with the inability to turn it on in a simple way, caused me problems. Funny (because I found another solution to boil water), but a fact.

Very beautiful apartment and well-maintained. Getting the keys was convenient, if you consider that the keys were in a lock box. There is everything you need for living, and it is located right next to the center (just be prepared to climb a hill, after walking through the center), without taking into account the terrain of the city.

It is located in the middle of steep sloped street and is preferred to access the appartment from a door midway in the stairs which lead to a small parking lot otherwise going from the center up through the road and next going five stairs might be difficult for some

The landlord is very friendly and offer the ealier check-in. It is only 5 min walk to the supper market. If you come with suitcase and travel with publice transportation. It will be little chanllenge . We would suggest you carefully consult with the landlord with the road guild.

The walk up/down from apartment. 500 meets at 30% slope. We were lucky with the parking, currently a major project digging the parking area and laying cable… Find where to buy a parking ticket is not so simple.

I was "awarded" the 3 bedroom apartment which i had all to myself, quite incredible for the price and location. everything was perfect. The cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly for which i'm grateful (payed parking is an issue in karlovy it seems). All in all i enjoyed my stay, in hindsight maybe i should have reserved an extra night...

Very good location, all that one needs for comfortable holidays. Clean, comfortable, lovely area. Food store and good eateries close. Although pretty (~30 min walk) far from railway & bus station but easy to reach by public transport. Easy check in and out. Very nice place. This was our second stay.

We were in no 5, with two separate bedrooms and living room with bed for three. The bathroom and wc was very small. We were group of 7 ppl and one small shower and one wc was not ideal.

The apartment is based just a few minutes walk from the center. You can park in the street directly in front of the apartment. It's spacious.

I was asked to pay spa city tax in cash even though it was clearly listed as a part of the sum I already paid. We agreed on not having to pay it after talking to support.

The apartment was nice — great location and well-equipped kitchen. The management responded quickly to messages and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep well in the morning because of a loud household appliance working behind the wall. I messaged the management asking not to turn it on before 10:00, but received no reply. The noise was disturbing even at midnight and again the next morning. I walked through all the floors and found the sound only on the first floor. So I can recommend the apartment, but would suggest choosing a unit on a higher floor :)

Very small pillows. You must be very lucky to find a parking place nearby. The walk back to the apartment, uphills to extremally high angle. Could be a challenge for older people.

A nice and clean apartment, equipped with everything that could be needed for a short or a longer stay. The 3 separate rooms are comfortable even for 2 families with children.

The building is situated on the hill, so it is 7 minutes walk DOWN to the town, but 25 minutes UP back home. Could be challenging during winter time when it is ice, also not easy with the stroller. We were actually fine.
