Absolutely nothing!

Unsanitary apartment-not at all as advertised. We walked into this booked apartment and left after 5 mins. To say it is dated is an understatement. The sheets were pilled and had holes in them. The pillows were stained and unhygienic. One of the mattresses had holes in it. Blankets were used to cover dirty chairs ets. As well seasoned travellers-we do not expect brand new but did not at all feel comfortable laying down on the beds here.. We also submitted a google review and the owner had this reply: We do care about cleaning a lot and change bed sheets once every 2 weeks. We get rid of old and put the nw. Most of the bed sheets are new. Pillows and blankets are washed once a week. We have many kids coming into the bigger apartments maybe you came just after.

Quite specious apartament Close to colonnade

Luck of hot water. When we arrived in October ( was cold outside ) wanted to take hot shower and couldn’t, the water was barely warm. Had to wait when agency will contact the owner to sort this ( just waist of time) Second think- it says contact the property by phone number, I phoned may be 5-6 times, nobody picked up( the matter was urgent, as I didn’t the get last code to enter the apartment on time.

The apartment we has was huge, and not far from the old centre. It had a view onto a quiet street. We received excellent instructions and photos on access and parking in advance.

The location is great, even though it’s a bit challenging to get there by car due to very steep and narrow streets.

Parking for the clients who are coming by car could be something to add up to the value of this place.

The apartment is in an excellent location and was quite large. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Good instructions. There is free parking available. The environment is clean. It is calm. All the necessary amenities are provided for both short and long stays. A free laundry room is available.

The bed proximity to the kitchen unfortunately results in noise with even the slightest movement. Some items, such as a single pillowcase and a towel, appear to be well-worn and could benefit from replacement. Additionally, the television remote would function better with fresh batteries.

Very beautiful apartment and well-maintained. Getting the keys was convenient, if you consider that the keys were in a lock box. There is everything you need for living, and it is located right next to the center (just be prepared to climb a hill, after walking through the center), without taking into account the terrain of the city.

Check-in - The support phone is down. I still haven't received a response to my "help" message. I could still sit there, and no one ever to help me. Communication - I would say that the communication with multiple messages was cumbersome, as a result of which I missed the most important information. I was sent standard information about all the options. This worried me because I had to find exactly what I needed. Moreover, the information came irregularly and in pieces, which also made it difficult to find exactly what I needed. In addition, the host expected my internet to work all the time, and on the last day, when I was already on the road, they sent me the most important message. They did not take into account that I might not have internet at that time, because I am a foreigner. Equipment - Very modern equipment, but no instructions. As an elderly person, this made it difficult to use the equipment. I had to find a solution — for example, how to boil water, because such a modern kettle with different colours, but with the inability to turn it on in a simple way, caused me problems. Funny (because I found another solution to boil water), but a fact.

Fully equipped and renovated apartment in the heart of Karlove Vary. Good and nice communication with the staff.

Nice apartment, clean, close to the central area

The location was fine, and the apartment was very large. The problem was that there is some kind of an issue with the toilet seal? We paid the tourist tax in cash on the table. The owner said we could not get a receipt for it so that we could claim it in our taxes!

We couldn’t park our car on the street beside the apartment because the roads are closed due to uneven cobble stones and sinking of the base material. We didn’t have a hard time finding parking a few minutes away from the apartment. Not a big deal.

Clean and near the center

It is located in the middle of steep sloped street and is preferred to access the appartment from a door midway in the stairs which lead to a small parking lot otherwise going from the center up through the road and next going five stairs might be difficult for some

The landlord is very friendly and offer the ealier check-in. It is only 5 min walk to the supper market. If you come with suitcase and travel with publice transportation. It will be little chanllenge . We would suggest you carefully consult with the landlord with the road guild.

Value for the money!

The walk up/down from apartment. 500 meets at 30% slope. We were lucky with the parking, currently a major project digging the parking area and laying cable… Find where to buy a parking ticket is not so simple.

The hotel’s location is on a steep hill, which makes it very inconvenient for elderly guests, young children, or anyone carrying a lot of luggage. Inside, the bathroom was problematic — after one shower, the water didn’t drain properly. The bedding was also disappointing. The bed sheets were in poor condition, with noticeable pilling, and we were asked to find and replace sheets ourselves. Unfortunately, even the replacements provided did not fit properly and were still in bad condition. To make things worse, we found hair from the cleaner on the bed. The room was advertised as having air conditioning, we’ve been asked to open the window, but it’s plenty of mosquito, which was misleading. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the listing, and the comfort level was quite low.
