Hello, and thank you for your stay and your review! Just to clarify: the sunrise is around 5 AM, but it typically gets sunny between 7 and 8 AM. The windows in the room are dimmed, and the trees surrounding the backyard keep the area in shade for most of the morning. We haven’t received similar feedback from other guests, so it’s possible you were simply more sensitive to the light at this time. If we receive more comments like this, we’ll definitely look into it. Regarding check-in instructions: they are precise, and we recommend using the back entrance—especially if you have a baby stroller, arrive by motorcycle, or find parking behind the house—as it offers easier access with no steep incline. Hello, thank you for your stay and your review! You can avoid the hill using back door entrance, as well as public transport, when you go up, because down you are in 3 min in the city centre. The bus stop is in 3 min walk. Looking forward to see you again!

Hello, thank you for your stay and your review! There is a roof window in the second room, you can open it with a stick, which is there in the room as well. There is an instruction on how to manage the shower. We and our customers park there in all weather conditions, all good so far. You can also park behind the house, or on a public parking in 5 min walk. You can buy a ticket online through Virtual Vary app, one of the machines is in 5 min walk (going down the hill and turning left). Kindly read and follow the instructions.

Hello, thank you for your stay and your review! You can use a back door to enter, as well as to avoid the hill. We send all the instructions on how to get around. We are located in the Spa zone, you need to buy a permit to enter and park. You can unload and it after though, if the Virtual Vary app doesnt work. Buying Spa Zone entrance permit offline is pretty fast as well, you follow the main road, turn right and go till the end, once you see the Carlsbad Plaza hotel and the ticket machine in front of it. 5 minutes on max to get there and 5 min to get back. Hello, thank you for your stay and your review! There is nothing soviet in the apartments. All the apartments are fresh from the reconstruction. All are newly equipped. There is a red leather couch in your apartment, which is new and quite expensive, has nothing to do with the soviet era. Cleaning is done on everyday basis, bigger cleaning is done once, or twice a month. Our apologies, if there was something wrong. We will check everything again, based on your review. Hello, thank you for your stay and your review! Our cleaning lady accidentally left the keys in the door lock. We tried to reach you on the phone couple of times, as we didn't understand the customer service request and you didn't pick up. But eventually was all resolved quickly. We are passing the area by car every day, as well as there are info boards all around the house, on how you can avoid the hill. We will add these into the welcome message from now on. Hello, thank you for you review and your stay! The hill is sporty, there are other ways to get into apartment without passing the sporty hill though. Back door entrance, the bus stop is in 3 min walk, cable car in 5 min walk, all very cheap. Looking forward to see you again!

Hello, thank you for your review and your stay. 1. We definitely do not see our street as hard to manoeuvre. As this is paving stones road, it might be complicated to pass for the drivers with the car suspensions lower than 130mm, sporty cars. Most of the normal cars have 130-150mm+, with the luggage. Our guests park there every day and so we are. For the drivers with lower/sporty suspensions, there is also another option to park the car from the back and enter through the back door, where the hill is not steep at all and the road is normal. We will add this info here. 2. You can enter with the baby carriage through the back door, there are no stairs. We will add this info here as well. 3. Regarding light through the roof windows, this was never raised to us before, we will definitely have a look into it. 4. The problem with the drain in this apartment is resolved, its not stuck anymore. 5. We are changing our cleaning lady soon, we will push hard on her during the upcoming weeks, in order to keep the cleaning at a decent level. We are very sorry you had such a bad experience, kindly contact us next time, we will provide a free room upgrade.
