Everything! This was a safe haven after I had a bad experience elsewhere. Eva swooped in and saved my vacation. From the first interaction to the last, this place was perfect but most of all, the hosts make it 6 stars out of 5! Thank you so much, I am leaving a small piece of my heart in cesky krumlov and KH! Highly recommend!

The parking lot is a bit further away, especially if you have lot of luggage. Not an issue for us but could be for some with less mobility.

Pension Kristian was fantastic! Eva, the owner, welcomed us warmly and showed us everything - she was very kind and polite. The entire building is beautifully renovated with an elegant yet simple interior design. Our group took 4 rooms and everyone loved it. Our room was spotless, and we especially appreciated the air-conditioning on a hot day. We also opted for breakfast, which was absolutely worth it - fresh and delicious! The location in the old town was perfect.

Beautiful clean room with comfy bed! I had nice view from the window as a plus. Love the terrace and complimentary coffee/tea. The receptionist was exceptional! Great service!

Perfect accommodation! Cosy & nicely designed interior, modern but still very stylish. Located right in the city center, parking place is just a few minutes away, so everything is at the reach of your hand. The staff is very, very nice and helpfull. We could not wish for more.

Nothing - everything perfect!

This gem is perfectly situated in the heart of the town. Several things were especially notable. The first is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were so accommodating and I felt so welcome. Second the bed linens were of an incredibly high quality - super comfortable. Finally, the breakfast was really superb. Overall, one of my favorite places to stay!

Great location! Friendly and welcoming hosts. Lovely room. Since it’s centrally located, be aware of church bells ringing every 15 minutes and for an extended time at 07:00. A perfect spot for early risers.

Kristian was exceptionally helpful and friendly, helping us to arrange an extra night short notice and giving us loads of great tips. Both his properties we stayed at were fabulous and in perfect locations. If you can afford the rooms at the Orangery, they are worth the extra, but all are beautiful. Highly recommended!

This place is delightful, starting with the lovely host, Eva, she was friendly and helpful, giving great advice on where to eat, drink etc. We were certainly made to feel welcome, and she adjusted the breakfast time to suit us as we had to leave a bit early. Breakfast was very good.

I didn't feel very comfortable in the bathroom area with the window overlooking another window in a guest house and the fact that I didn't think the curtain was long enough to completely block the view.

I like everything, from the common area to the terrace, as well as the entire room and it's organization and decoration. It's not very big, but it's enough and has everything you need for your stay. I will certainly recommend it and if I ever come back, I will stay there.

The roads are rock roads at Český Krumlov, so the floors are suitcase-killers. The location is already nice. However, it's still such a pain to drag our suitcases to the pension.

Everything is nice here. The owners are super nice, they even made breakfast for us and also helped us to take our luggage. The rooms are very new and clean.

Great common room with free amenities of coffee, tee, chilled water and reasonably priced common minibar. Location is prime and interior is surprisingly modern despite the fact that it is an old house in the middle of the old town. Staff is quite helpful and - in case of questions - available via many channels.
