Room was a bit cramped with all the furniture, but, I don't know what I would have removed to make it a little less crowded as it was all needed.

Truly a gem of a hotel. I chose it because of the beautiful ceilings in our room and it did not disappoint! Great location. Right by the castle and monastery as well as public transportation. Breakfast was lovely and staff was amazing.

Very friendly staff and really nice breakfast with many options. The hotel is next to the Loreta Church and the Chernin Palace (MFA) which are magnificent. Many restaurants are within a close proximity.

We had a wonderful stay at Loreta Hotel!! It's a quaint little hotel in the historic area of Prague. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the Castle but away from the tourist’s bustle. A tramway stop is just one block away.  But what really sets this place apart, is its wonderful staff. They made us feel welcomed and pampered. They even prepared a breakfast bag for us because we were leaving on an early flight!! By the way, breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. We highly recommend it!

Very nice breakfast and helpful staff. The room was quiet and had everything we needed including slippers, tissues and above all excellent heating as the weather had just turned colder. The tram number 22 was very frequent for the old down, metro or airport.

Because it is an old building, getting WiFi to work throughout the property is a challenge. The WiFi worked poorly in our room, and I know some rooms the WiFi didn’t work at all.

This was a lovely historic stay with a B&b atmosphere where guests chat with one another over breakfast. The rooms are comfortably appointed and beautifully decorated. It was a great location for us because it was in a quieter area up on the Prague Castle hill, but at the back end, close to the tram, so we could walk down, but take the tram back up. We also loved that it had private enclosed parking as we were traveling by motorcycle

Perfect tranquil spot close to the castle. Both hosts were wonderful during my stay. Lovely breakfast. The building has a rich history and a serene courtyard and gate. Highly recommended.

It was on a nice quiet street for sleeping. We were in a car parking was also nearby. Walking around was easy you are at the top of the hill. So walking to most things are up and down hill :) But great location.

I can't think of much to complain about. The bathroom had poor ventilation and the shower was small to fit the space. There was a gap at the bottom of the shower door that allowed water to escape into the bathroom.

The hotel was lovely. The location was better than we could have hoped for. The staff was friendly. The room was cute. Breakfast was delicious. Choosing Loreta Hotel was one of the best choices we made on our trip!

The fact that by 4:00 PM there is no one to talk to .You have a number to call and in my case Peter was very resposive, but basically you are on your own .There is no lobby or a place to be outside your room beside the garden , but if it is called you cant stay there . Also, there iOS no kettle in teh room to make tea or coffee outside breakfast hour. However when I asked for one I got it.

Peter who was responsible this week was just excellent . I liked the location the fact that it is away from the tourists traps, the breakfast and the atmosphere .

Maybe the room could be a bit bigger but cozy and private.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. My bed was king size and so comfy. Best pillows i have ever had. Location was great - only 5 minute walk to a tram stop that takes you everywhere. The castle is a 5 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
