Hosts don’t reply to messages through booking.com. Online check-in is suggested but there is no clear instructions on check-in procedure. Message will door code is provided via sms at 14.00. If you haven’t received it by some reason you will have to call and wait until someone responds. It was very cold in the room as heating was not working on the first day. There is kitchenware and liquid to wash dishes but no sink and sponge.

Everything was great. But to get the key I had to call the property, because no one was there and I didn't get any instructions via booking.

The apartment is located very centrally, everything is in close vicinity. The apartment is pretty big, with a spacious terrace with a nice view. We left the car on a paid parking space right in front of the building. There is a microwave and a tea kettle, tea and instant coffee, but you won't be able to cook here.

The check in was not easy... Usually if it's self check in you should have all the info before the day of arrival. We had to call the reception at 9pm to get to our room. We didn't get too much information about free parking..

The decoration is absolute basic at minimum cost. In old building more atmosphere could be created by arranging the interior in bit more nicer way. But maybe it was compromise with attractive price.

No elevator so it could be a problem for people with disabilities. Somewhat impractical layout of the room/s. At least one window screen would be nice.

The girl in the reception spoke 0 English. I did not even get to know how to perform the payment, as she just gestured me to go away and I was left confused. The money was finally drawn from my card about a week after the stay.

I have no complaints – everything was perfect for me!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Městský penzion Mikulov. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with really cozy beds. The bathroom was the right size, everything worked well and was well equipped. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of Mikulov, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, pubs, and cafés. Mikulov is a beautiful town in Moravia, and the Czech Republic, as always, is simply great 😊. We truly recommend this place!

We stayed for one night, and everything was excellent. The room was comfortable, and the overall experience was very convenient. There’s a city parking lot right next to the hotel, which is free at night, but you need to pay starting from 7 a.m. Would highly recommend for a stay!

This is a basic motel room. I am very unsatisfied with communication with the host. The lights in our room were flushing all the time, so we had to turn them off and sit in the dark. I've sent a note to the host with the video, asking to address, he did not even respond to us. Overall very poor experience.
