For traditional reasons, the staff don't speak much English, but they were very kind and helpful and we got everything sorted out.

Very cozy accommodation, with friendly staff, and a rich buffet breakfast. It is worth booking for dinner, as their restaurant is popular. The city is beautiful, located in a valley.

Beds are too hard, chemical smell from cleaning in the rooms, window of our second room faced neighboring building.

Rooms are big and clean, bathroom is also well equipped. Nice view from one of our room (we booked 2 rooms). Parking space just opposite the hotel.

Bathtub is a non-working jacuzzi and a shower has some serious problems with a pressure so when you take it it’s 10 seconds hot water and 10 seconds cold. And it doesn’t get better with time. Very frustrating experience, especially in a winter. I can’t recommend to stay in this lovely place unless this gets solved.

We had the room with jacuzzi at the top floor. Incredibly clean and flawless hotel including a top-notch cuisine for such a small boutique business.

Very cosy hotel with extremely clean rooms. Very good location that's in Jachymov's center and close to Klinovec. The hotel has 9 parking spots in front of it and its restaurant is the best in Jachymov.

the location was convenient for the ski resort. also, the hotel restaurant was super tasty!

There were 2 issues with our stay. One was the water, of which the temperature deviated from cold to extremelly hot every 2 minutes, while one was showering. However, what was of slight frustration, was the staff at the hotel. While we were waiting for a person responsible to come, so that we could pay at the end of the accomodation the people were chatting about us and quote : 'I dont care if they need to wait, They can just wait for 20 min here.' in Czech. We had a person in our group who actually spoke Czech, although they seeminlgy did not know, Somehow rude, i can say.

The hotel is definitely a value for money, beyond expectations. The location is very suitable for skiing on both sides ( Klinovec - 5 min by car and Oberwiesenthal - 10 min by car). The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a ski storage in case one does not want to queue up everyday on the rentals or has his/her own. The restaurant offeres a nice variety of food in good prices.

The hot water was changing to cold and I could not take a good shower. We were very tired after a day of skiing but could not easily find a place to eat dinner, I wish we knew this in advance as we were with two small kid. Other small things that I do not consider disadvantages but part of the low price - no bath toiletries, only one towel per person (just a big one), very flat pillows, no extra blankets.

The biggest advantage and why we chose it was that the rooms are relatively cheap. The rooms are very clean and a big size
