Well maintained and organized traditional building. Our room was renovated and in very good condition. The staff is very friendly and the food they offered (breakfast and restaurant/dinner) delicious. The location outside the city directly at the forest was ideal for us.

To walk to the city is a bit of a trip and if you take tho shortest rout you end up walking at a countryside road with speed limit I guess 90 km/h and without a sidewalk. I feel the hotel would benefit from being connected also to a better more "non-motoroized" infrastructure.

Staff were not friendly or helpful. I had to continue to ask for things that should have been thought of. Staff made me feel uncomfortable

Accommodation and stay comfortable

Personal doesn’t really care about customers. Poor English and communication is difficult. Receptionist was more into finishing her phone call instead of welcoming us

Very Accomadating and friendly

The room was very dark and without air conditioning. When you want to open a window the smell from the outsode was terrible. The surounding near the river and mountains are not prepared for the walking.

We liked the location of the hotel is it was just 10 minutes away by car from Karlovy Vary next to the river. Very peaceful and quiet place which was perfect for us.

The breakfast was bit disappointing since not much vegetarian options but it was overall ok.

The location is perfect, just by the river surrounded with trees. Quite traditional hotel but with modern elevator. The breakfast was fine, enough to start your day. Restaurant food is also great. Coffee machine works good.

I didnt like the fact that there is so many agressive bees outside the hotel, which will enter your room through window if left open.

Quiet setting of the hotel fitted perfectly to our needs. Attentive staff was always very helpful and super friendly. The breakfast menu was sufficient.

Nice hotel, beautiful nature around.. Good room number with view on river. Free parking, pet friendly. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommend to stay here.

The property is located in the woods with stream flowing right infront of the hotel. The property is clean and the staff is very friendly. Outside the city enjoy the calmness of the nature.

Quiet stay near Karlovy Vary. The hotel is beautifully situated in nature along the Ohre river.
