The ceilings in the room were uncomfortable to deal with sometimes (as we stayed at the very top floor, with a rooftop shaped ceiling) - just being very tall it wasn't always comfortable, the ceiling was very low over the bed, but not a deal breaking issue

The shower head had come away from the hose. The bathroom was of a Czech standard.

Location was great. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The restaurant and brewery downstairs was excellent. Nice to have cold water in the fridge outside room. And there were lots of snacks available in the kitchen area.

The location of the pension (city center) was perfect, don't worry about parking, they will help you, there is a big parking lot nearby that is free on Week-Ends. The food and the beer in the restaurant was so good that we eat only there. The staff were very polite, they helped as with everything that we needed, they speak English very good. The beds are comfortable.

The number of stairs we needed to climb to store our luggages - when we reached before check in and after checking out. As the restaurant was very packed, we had to navigate the narrow pathways. The hotel is using the same restaurant staffs for check-in/out matters, we can expect very minimal converstation. Advise: The restaurant dinner is very packed, please reserve earlier. We tried to reserve during check in and it was unavailable.

We booked a room for 3. It was very big, clean and spacious. The room is facing the street but it was not noisy at all. The lunch was very good. Probably the best pork belly and pork ribs. The microbrewery serves very good craft beer. It is 3 mins walk to the city square.

We absolutely loved this pension! Great location, just down the street from the historic main square. Lovely big room (2) overlooking the courtyard and restaurant below but it was nice and quiet. White, all newly renovated and spotlessly clean. Nice little touches like fresh chilled bottles of water, special coffees, lavender in the wardrobe, a recycling container etc. Although there’s no air-con, there’s a fan for the hotter days. It was easy to arrange everything with our host, Jana, and although we didn’t meet in person, she was very communicative throughout our stay, making sure we were happy. The restaurant and microbrewery downstairs is really great. We ate there twice and thoroughly enjoyed the food and beer. The waiting team are so friendly and helpful. The very kind waiter who showed us to our room also helped us carry our bags up the steep flight of stairs. Krajinská street has everything on it we needed: a small supermarket for breakfast supplies, bars, restaurants, gelaterias. There’s an all-night restaurant across the road in case you get peckish at 2am!

Everything was perfect for our one night stay

Property really close to the main square and a huge plus is the micro brewery under the accommodation, which has a variety of good beers and delicious food. The crew was helpful and friendly as well, highly recommended.

Big spacious apartment with everything you need. Nice location in old city centre. Nice historical building of Hotel with minibrewery on the ground floor. Perfect communication by host.

Tv didn't work and they couldn't fix it. Barely english spoken. Over a bar, I can imagine that it's noisy at least weekends

The room was too hot (no A/C) and you cannot keep the window open due to the continuous noise from the street (night life in the city centre)

We couldn’t find any wifi connection in the pension. Also, the noises from the street/other rooms were too loud during the night.
