Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good with a selection of cooked food as well as cereals, fruit and pastries.

A bit too warm in the room, even is the heating was off, but we also had air conditioner and managed to reduce the temperature a bit for a good sleep.

We loved the location, the delicious breakfasts at the italian restaurant, free coffee available in the room. The bed was big and comfortable and the room was nice. Also the staff at the reception was very nice and provided useful tips for getting to Prague city center easily by train.

I wasn’t informed prior that for New Year’s Eve and the day after the wellness facilities were not open. And the spa & wellness were one of the reasons why I have booked this propriety.

Very small things. The light outside the room needs to be repaired. We didn't like the rabbits in the cages. They are too big for them

Everything was excellent. It is only when you arrive do you get the full picture of the whole complex. We loved our room: Room number 1. It was incredibly comfortable and spacious. It was great to have our own entrance. Vojta showed us around the room and took us downstairs to the sauna and jacuzzi. Wow! We didn't think that it would be downstairs. It was wonderful. Vojta showed us how to operate the sauna and the jacuzzi and we loved using it. The bed was very comfortable. I am 1.90m so had plenty of space. I eould really like to praise the staff, especially Vojta. He was incredibly helpful. Keep him. Don't lose him. We enjoyed the food at the Leta Pane restaurant and Al Mulino. But the Pivovar Pocernice was heaven. Great food and wonderful beer. The staff were excellent. What a great location next to the park and lake. Easy to use the buses as well. My wife and I love the Czechia and have been 7 times over the last 25 years. I know we'll return and I know we would like to stay with you again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel staff is never at the reception. for seven days of rest, we took out the garbage after the first day of stay and never cleaned the room! and leaving the hotel there was no one from the staff. we had to give the keys to the restaurant...and pay the expenses later online.

Beautiful place with a park and a lake for walking is excellent. Delicious food in the restaurant. Original hotel rooms (transparent shower in the middle of the bedroom). Having a sauna with an outdoor jacuzzi is excellent.

My room was spacious, everything was super clean, and I loved the giant bathtub.

The spa on site would be nice but the hours were so limited and the hotel was very strict to not open before 5p and close after 9:45p. Additionally, they are very skimpy with extra towels or any amenities for that matter!

The best part of the hotel room was the extra bunk that my friends kids loved because of the treehouse vibe! Loved that there was a gym in the same parking lot that served decent lattes too.

The shower is straight in the room, not a bath room. And NO shower door. Impossible to shower without spraying water all over. They cannot be worried about moist damage. The toilet was in a small room and despite the ventilation, the smell was really bad from.l the sewage. The room itself smelled moist. Maybe bc of the A/C. The price included breakfast. A little cheeky as BF was not until 9 am. Too late for us So all in all an under average experience. And far too expensive. As we also paid €10+ for our dog. And nothing was provided for it, no blanket, water bowl or anything.

Location with big park and greenery right outside is perfect as we were travelling with our dog. The room had a good size. Bed reasonably comfortable. Not too soft. There was A/C which worked reasonably but not fantastic.

During 3 days stay, room was never cleaned Toiletten paper was empty Wellness required extra fee (was not mentioned in description) Language barrier with staff (very limited English) Shower was mostly defect (from 4 shower modes, only one was possible ) - this was specifically interesting since the design of the room was centred around the shower

-Room „01“ was very spacious & nicely decorated -breakfast delicious (extraordinary Italian), however quantity fluctuated daily
