Great location, attentive staff, great breakfast. Parking space included.

Minor remark for thse who like to sleep in darkness. There is a streetlight outside, that directly lights one of the beds and the blinds were too transparent to block it out.

We were upgraded to Grand Hotel. They provided free transfer when we arrived Grand Vltavin. Everything was excellent， we asked for one room at lower floor and a twin room and these were fulfilled. Breakfast was great, and the staff there were very nice.

Breakfast and location were great! Especially Rooms were nicely renovated and clean.

We had called fifteen minutes before arrival as the instructions were said to wait for the staff to open the property but still we waited 10-15min.

great bed, strong shower and incredible breakfast. Very helpful staff- they provided us with transportation to the train station after our stay.

being in a top floor room meant the ceiling was sloped and low near one side of the bed.

Excellent location on the outskirts of the old town. Possibility to park in a private parking lot (15€/day). Pension belongs to Hotel Grand, the reception is located in the hotel, there is necessary to make a check-in, but after arriving to the pension you need to call the phone number, which is listed on the door and the man from the reception will come in a few minutes to hand over the room and keys. The whole thing went very smoothly and quickly. The room and the bathroom were clean, towels were ready, there was also a hair dryer. Buffet breakfast great, great choice of food. The lady who serves breakfast is extremely nice and helpful.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep properly. The water in the shower drained very slowly, after half a minute of showering the whole bathroom was floating.

The staff are nice and friendly. They send a minivan to pick us up from the bus station and also to the station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The window view is pleasant. The little hotel is decorated with flowers so very cozy indeed. It is close to everything. And the breakfast is the highlight. It has a wide variety and tastes good. We all enjoyed the stay. I highly recommend this place. I would book it again if I come back to this lovely town.

The bed was comfortable, the pillows amazing, the position was more than good and the breakfast was great!

You have to go to another place for the check-in and you have to pay the city fee by cash. Not that great.

We booked the pension for a night and they upgraded us to the grand hotel so this review is for the grand hotel. The location was amazing, right next to the square. There are only a few rooms and they are spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Finally the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for upgrading us!

Breakfast, location and cleanliness were all great. Overall, great stay and kind staff.

Only complaint was that the bathroom doors are see-through, and I was sharing a room with my parents (there were multiple beds in the room). We had this issue at multiple locations though.

The host upgrades our rooms to its Grand hotel. The breakfast is wonderful.

Pick-up service, helpful staff, value for money

I had a wonderful experience with my hotel reservation. I received a free upgrade to Hotel Grand. This upgrade was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. Hotel Grand is located in the historical part of town, which is an excellent location for exploring the area's rich history and culture. However, due to the restricted access to cars in this area, it is important to arrange for a pick-up service to ensure a smooth arrival and departure. They have a good service to pick up and send guests to the bus station, which was very convenient. The breakfast at Hotel Grand is very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, the location of Hotel Grand is superb, and the free upgrade made my stay even more enjoyable.

One downside is that the hotel does not have a lift, and the staircase is quite narrow and high, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

Girl at the reception was very good and always helpful. They upgraded our room in hotel grand as a gift .. it was such a thoughtful gesture. Hotel grand is at central location and rooms are cozy and thoughtfully decorated.. they helped us with luggage at the stairs . Again u don’t find these things often .it was more than excellent stay .. wud surely visit it again

The location could not be better and the stuff is very helpful. Breakfast has a wide variety of products. Great place for stay in Cesky Krumlov.
