Internet speed was poor. Everything costs extra. I understand that beer etc. from the fridge it's ok, but a sachet of instant coffee? Fortunately, we are prepared for such eventualities. It wasn't the cleanest apartment we used this year. The tiles in bathroom are loose.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. For the rooms itself - not much to really like. There's not much to choose from in the area for a reasonable price. Probably we got spoiled by offers in Italy, where you can get much more value for the same money.

The room had an unpleasant odor, likely due to the unusually high humidity. Although there was a dehumidifier in the room, it didn’t seem to be fully effective. The air conditioning also posed a challenge—it did not function properly, and we were not given access to the remote control. Instead, any temperature changes had to be requested from the hosts, who adjusted it via their phone. This setup was particularly inconvenient at night, as we prefer to manage the temperature ourselves. We had specifically chosen this accommodation because of the air conditioning, but when we asked for a remote, we were told that no exceptions could be made. The kitchen was poorly equipped; for instance, although the room was intended for two guests, there was only one wine glass provided. The breakfast was of very good quality, but the schedule was unusually rigid. Guests are required to arrive precisely at the time they had previously agreed on. When we arrived just two minutes late, the hosts knocked on our door and appeared noticeably stressed by the delay. This strict approach felt somewhat uncomfortable, especially when compared to the more flexible breakfast arrangements typically offered elsewhere (still, we understood that the number or tables and seats were limited and a schedule was needed).

The room was clean, and the location was convenient for those traveling by car, with easy street parking available. The hosts were friendly, and while we were able to communicate, it wasn’t always easy. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast itself was very good. However, the breakfast schedule was unusually strict—guests are expected to arrive exactly at the time previously agreed upon. When we were just two minutes late, the hosts knocked on our door, clearly stressed by the slight delay. This rigid approach felt a bit uncomfortable, especially compared to the more flexible time windows offered by other accommodations.

There was just a tiny roll of toimet paper, we had to use our own. The shower lift was not working.

The staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean. Pub was nearby. Free parking on the street.

The pillows were not very tu comfortable, and the amenities would need a refresh, but the fact that the place was clean and owners nice, we had a great stay.

The owners were very nice and attentive. We came pretty late and they helped us with all the information we needed. The accommodation served the purpose for our group of 6 for one night.

The condition of the accommodation was disgraceful and unacceptable in several respects. * Communication beforehand was insufficient. Information I had already provided at the time of booking was requested again. * The entire apartment, which was advertised and rented out for five people, was completely unsuitable: There were only two chairs and a very small kitchen table – suitable for a maximum of two people. We had to sit and eat on the beds. * There was no way to darken the apartment. A lot of light came in through the skylights, and in one of the rooms, the window could not be opened at all. * In the whole apartment, only one window could be opened – this is unacceptable. * Cleanliness was severely lacking. We had to clean the kitchen cabinets ourselves – they were unstable, nearly falling apart, and their contents were dirty. * The mattresses were very thin and the beds overall uncomfortable – getting a good night's sleep was hardly possible. * Several additional charges were only communicated after check-in and not made clear in advance. We were charged extra for bringing our dog – which is understandable in principle. However, the apartment was so dusty that our dog came out from under the bed covered in dust. These extra charges seem highly exaggerated. We will not book this accommodation again and cannot recommend it to anyone. We strongly advise others to look for a better alternative if they are seeking a pleasant stay.

Heating could have been better, I stepped in dogshit in their "garden". After 10pm smoking only possible on the street instead of the garden. After 10pm we should stay quiet, but the only way to enter the room is using keypad with very loud beep. I assume it annoyed my neighbours a couple times.

Shops and restaurants in walking distance, free parking on the street, microwave, electric kettle and some other things in the room. Bus stop very close (although its schedule isn't frequent enough). There are some pretty paintings on the walls, and the restaurant/bar/reception has surprising, but interesting decoration as well (not gonna ruin the surprise ;) ).

The general state of the apartments is rather used up, many little things were broken (door knobs, missing boards on one of the bed...) or didn't work properly (bathroom light, sink... )

The communication with the owner's son was really helpful. We got information on how to get to the pension by public transport, it was very handy. Unfortunately, the owners themselves didn't speak English nor German, which led to some misunderstandings when arranging something for the check out. The whole flat was very clean.

The refrigerator and table were full of products "minibar/snacks" which left little room for any personal foods or drinks. Kitchen was impractical with little/no space to prepare a simple meal and hardly any appliances/utensils. TV did not work. Too few chairs for a family of five. The furniture could do with a little tlc.

Walking distance to city centre and parking was fairly easy to find nearby. Friendly and helpful hosts and great breakfast. Large room, wifi, clean and fresh bed sheets.

I did not quite understand the role of the application /My Alfred or such name/. I checked in, but it did not provide me with any special service as key pin, etc. I had to check in in person anyway.

Even thought my daughter (2 yrs old) was mentioned in a booking, so was included in a price, Hotel asked for additional 5 Euro for kid registration (?). And also asked for additional 12 Euro for a cot (we dit not agree and did not take it) Thinking... it's somehow against Booking rules ? when I pay for all I mentioned and selected during the booking.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the room smells a bit damp, but it can be fixed by keeping the bathroom and room windows open.

I stayed in room number 11. It's a long hallway with several rooms. There are many plants in the hallway, and the place is very clean and well maintained. I really liked it — they have hot water, the mattress is very comfortable, and the kitchen, although small, is very efficient. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and a sink to wash the dishes. The kitchen was very useful for me because I could heat up my food. The room has air conditioning, and the pillows were also soft. I slept very well.
