1/ No elevator, and it is difficult to bring luggage up, 2/ Room rather small with 2 individual beds on the sides, almost mo space to open the suitcases. 3/ Staff doesn't really speak English. For the menu, we used the Google translation photo option, though in the evening, the gentleman was accommodating. The lady manning the breakfast, though, would gin in hospitality skills if she would master her manner and show a more respectful attitude. Simple example: When asked to assist in filling out water for a thermos, she was persistent to send us to the room. Once explained with gestures - as she did speak only Czech, that the thermos does n9t fit under the tap there, she was thronging disdainful looks before finally opening the tap just behind her Or, while taking hot water for tea in a large recipient, she asked me to leave space to a compatriot of hers first as it would be raking too long A great way to not feel welcome.

Very good location, met expectations also for parking spots availability, Restaurant on the spot till early evening, though menus only in Czech. The breakfast offer is each, for an additional fee. Bathroom with shower rather spacious for the size of the room.

Room was in the attic and the window couldn't be open. Maybe its me not figuring out how to do it. Large TV with good selection of channels but all in local language. I believe it is a kind of slow season so the hotel was nearly empty. Besides us it was only two other guests and so strange that they were just in the next room, so we could hear them listening an opera. I would assume you will place guests as far as possible from each other especially when you have possibility to do so but i could be other operational reasons for grouping them. Anyhow those facts did not impacted the quality of our stay.

it was a late arrival, outside of the reception working hours and check in/out all went flawless. Plenty of parking space even for a large vehicle with trailer. Room was warm, internet relatively fast (11Mbit). The host was really friendly and all communication was fast, precise and polite.

Narrow and steep stairs to the first floor, no lift I think - this was fun for us but may be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Wonderful place in beautiful Lednice. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable. There is a very good restaurant and also a winery in the object – you can taste local wines. The service is extremely helpful. Penzion Onyx is very well maintained. And there is plenty to see in the area. We will definitely come back there for a longer stay.

Kind receptionist. It was almost a last minute booking, I got their cheapest room, it was perfect for a one night stay. Clean, confy beds, window had blinds. Good breakfast options.

Slow internet unsuitable for work, breakfast for us added 12% to the accomodation costs.

Staff friendly, facilities clean, nice breakfasts, very spacious and clean rooms, seating outside, good location, water runs steady, hot water does not fluctuate. Towels exchanged daily when needed. Children's playground next to the facility. Sufficient parking.

Sadly there was no sound proofing on a doors and between rooms, we could hear everything. Not great, especially if you are in location people go to party.

Location outside of busy town center. Spacious rooms, good option to sit outside.
