We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe outside area wasn't disability friendly at all. I couldn't get up to the swimming pool due to the steep steps with no hand rail. I was disappointed that the wellness centre wasn't open.
Check in online was easy and convenient. The Bluetooth key was a great idea. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with a good choice.

UkraineWe booked an apartment with our family for one night, a few hours before check-in — it turned out like this.. it was already quite late, we arrived around 10:15 PM. Of course, the reception was no longer working. However, we were lucky to meet two employees of the establishment in the yard (a young guy and a girl), they went to meet us, called the boss back, after which they registered and settled us! The apartments themselves are comfortable, with high-quality and beautiful renovation, and also with a very good location!

PolandDiverse breakfast, but be sure to arrive first as later in the morning you will have to be very fast and clever to catch croissants, eggs or sausages. It's disappointing since we had to pay for it and play hungry games 😄
Very clean big apartment with new wooden furniture and everything needed for a family stay, we couldn't expect more. Warm swimming pool (but not big enough), castle and hiking tracks neerby, as well as craft beer are a plus. Just remember, even if you've got a bluetooth key, you still have to check-in

GreeceWe were really surprised when we first saw that our apartment was in the yard of Račice castle. Then, a polite young lady saw us around the house, which was arranged with absolute care. Everything was cleen and there was nothing more and nothing less than what any family would ever need during their stay. But what made our visit there magic, was the fabulous forest sarrounding us. We wish we stayed more, so we could we could explore the place around the apartment.

GermanyThey check you in on a restaurant table, do not give you any invoice and tell you that they email it. However after you check out you get no invoice. They dont respond to your messages and your calls. If they pick up youe call they dont speak English and hang up immediately. I wanted to have a cup of coffee but they didnt gibe me. They said its for breakfast. You cant get anything in the hotel even with your money. Not worth the stress.. VERY BAD
Hotel is far from everywhere on top of mountain. Mixed with restaurant. There is no reception and nobody knows who does what.
