Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Can't really think of any.
Back again for a couple weeks. This Hotel is exceptionally clean,from the fast wifi to the softness of the bed...Everything exceeds expectations. The location is the best part. It is 20 meters off the bottom of the square.(quiet part)

I was a little worried having red the comments, so took my own towel, soap, tea bags and coffee. I booked the room 203. It is big, nice, great, comfortable windows are not above the street, they are facing the back side, so no street noise. It is the 2nd floor without the lift, but not a big trouble. Everything was clean and nice, just the toilet could have been cleaner, but this is probably the question of neighbours/customers in the same flat, not the owner. The central position is great. The free parking is not at the corner, but still on a walking distance. A lot of shops around. Very easy check in and the key management. The owner answers the questions with no delay. I would certainly book the same room again. Do not forget to bring your soap, shampoo, tea or coffee.

There is only one shower in a bathroom which was occupied at the same time we needed it so we had to wait. Check the parking situation in advance, which is not easy there. Our room was located directly to the street therefore it was loud a bit due to the driving cars there.
The hotel is directly in the city center, some nice restaurants are around and a big shopping mall as well. The room was big, clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We had a good time at the property. There are kitchen facilities so if anyone wants to cook, keep groceries or make a coffee, there is everything one needs. Baby cot is also available. There is no reception, so you can just pick up the keys. Great value for money.

It is location on the center of Jihlava and just 1 to 2 minutes walking distant to Masaryk Square. It is a trolley bus A line to and from the main railway station.

The location is in the historic center, we enjoyed walking around. The apartment is very quiet. We liked the room and the beautiful furniture a lot.

Everything was great!
We really enjoyed our stay in this place. It situated in a heart of old city, you can just walk to all interesting places. Rooms looks very nice, clean and tidy. Owner is a person with a big heart! And this is not only business for him, he put soul into this apartments.

We have some problems with a check in. But we all humans and humans factor present everywhere. But owner make everything for fix problem immediately. And also he give to us great bonus as a compliment. We are very thankful for him. He is on clients side and this is great.
This apartments situated in the heart of the city. Everything is new and clean. The owner is awesome person.

On Booking it said free parking. The accommodation said parking for a fee. Which meant street parking and around the accommodation is very expensive. Free street parking at 5 minutes walk outside the city centre though.
Very nice room, right in the centre. Comfy bed, big room.

Wifi is fast and consistant. Everything is spotlessly clean. Best location off the central square on a quiet side street (20 meters) Kitchen is fully equiped. Stayed 26 days happily! Rooms are large and quiet. Will definitely stay again!

No parking, one has to park on pay parking, if even available, as in the residential area the parking is restricted to residents only

6 men sharing the other 2 rooms on the same floor. Shared bathroom and toilet. Not what could be called a family environment. The was no mention is the booking confirmation that there was still renovation work being carried out in the entrance and the stairs.
Very clean and well presented. Very large bedroom with excellent furniture.
