Cozy, spacious studio in close vicinity to main attractions. Perfectly clean. Dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffeemaker is a big plus. Underground parking is also a big plus. Lidl supermarket is opposite building. Definitely will stay here again.

Electric towel rail in bathroom is not working (plug is cut off), thus you can't dry towels and also it's a bit cold in bathroom (it was October).

Perfect for couple or couple + 2 children. Underground parking, close to Thermal center and Lidl which is very convenient if you want to buy & Cook at home. The kitchen is well equipped. Clean apartment, nice balcony, great communication with host. We will recommend this place to our family and friends.

Super clean!

Attractive and modern studio apartment with many thoughtful touches and excellent equipment. The washing machine and dishwasher were useful. As was the free secure garage parking. The apartment complex is a 24 hour manned gated site, We were there in a fairly hot period and were too warm, though the pedestal fan helped mitigate this to some extent. Lovely large balcony - overlooking the Lidl carpark! and a busy road beyond it + though noise not too bad at night. The proximity to Lidl proved useful! Helena was a very attentive hostess, showing us how everything worked in the studio, and sending us many helpful websites of local attractions. We communicated well via Google Translate. Within a few minutes walk of the bottom of the river walk leading to the Colonnades, and near the bus station.

We would have preferred thicker and darker curtains rather than blinds that let the light and heat through and decorative edging curtains, not least as the sun shone through the window all day. The bottom bed sheet felt rough and ‘scratchy’. There were only Czech language TV channels, though we don’t watch much TV when away, and the wifi was excellent.

Apartment was very clean with possibility for garage for free. Bigg market (Lidl) is 2 minutes walk from apartment.

Location was not bad but was not perfect. City is not so big, 10-15 min walks from city centre.

Our host was great - very friendly and helpful. Google translate also helped us all 😀 the apartment had all the facilities we needed including a washing machine. Bed was comfortable for us and we slept well. Easy walk into town and restaurants and sites. Check in and parking in the garage was easy with lift up to the apartment. Quiet neighbours as well.

First of all, the location of appartement is very beneficial from many perspectives. Secondly, the apartment complex is with a free parking garage. Thirdly, the one-room apartment itself, it's so neat, so clean, so cozy and so comfortable. In an apartment, everything what is required for comfortable staying, from the dishwasher to the washing machine. The owner of the apartment is polite and friendly, she explained everything and advised places, restaurants etc. to visit. We stayed just for 3 days. It was our first experience in the Chech Republic and in Karlovy Vary city. Definitely recommend Residence Certovka. Hope to visit that city again.
