The facilities weren't the cleanest but it was sufficiënt.

It's good for a people who travel on a budget. The kitchen was big so easy to cook. The tram station was close by. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

It is rather tired and could be easily improved with some minor maintainence - such as block out blinds and fixing the gates. The pool was out of action - although we didn't find out about this until just before the stay - not that it would hav changed our minds, but would have been appreciated on the warmer days.

Vincent was very kind and knowledgable about the area. The villa is very grand, withlarge rooms and in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk from tram to town centre or shopping centre.

- The house is a little bit outfashioned. - It is not really clean in the common areas. - My room was brutally cold at night. I turned on the electric heater next to my bed and it still didn't help... - The front gate needs fixing, the lock is wobbly.

- Good location, short walk to the bus stop, one stop away from connections to all over Prague. - Vincent was really helpful and he responded to all my questions. - Nice, spacious room and comfy bed.

A beautiful villa with the older equipment, it has its own charm. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect communication with the owner, who was kind, friendly and went out of his way to accomodate us. The upstairs bathroom was adequate for a one night stay, only the toilet was a bit cold due to the lack of heating. Anyway, the price/quality ratio was great and I will definitely stay here again on anither short trip.

The host shared so much information on Prague, it really made the trip a breeze. Everyone was so welcoming, very easy to communicate. The views from the room are gorgeous and had fun with the long term residents, very easy to get to the trams from here.

Description of the rented space is a disaster. By the description it have to be an apartment but in reality it's a room. All the spaces except private room are shared with the owner and another renters. That wasn't mentioned in the info about the house. Also there were a renovation works outside of the building and we got no information about that. On top of that, my car was blocked on leaving by a lot of branches folded right behind the car. We have to burn the rubber to get out.

Very nice building with a possibility to park inside. The appartment was also nice and I loved a view from my room 🥰 very nice stay, also Vincent was very kind and helpful 😊

Great room. a bit far from the city centre but you get a tram stop very close, and cheap tram tickets. The room was gorgeous and a good price for what you get. The owner is lovely and very responsive. kitchen is fully equipped, you can also use the washing machine, etc Great stay 🥰

It is not clean enough in the kirchen. The house needs rénovation .

The apartement is in a very quiet neighbourh just 5 trolley stops from the centre. The house Is very nice and room is with old -fashioned furniture and carpet. It was véry cosy. There is a shared kirchen. Toilets and bathroom are separately.
