The bed was super uncomfortable, really that's the only criticism. The mattress is thin enough that you can feel every "bone" of the metal bed frame through it, which is really uncomfortable. A better mattress, or even adding a boxspring, would make a HUGE difference!

Location could not be beat. Absolutely perfect for both wandering around on foot, and for access to public transit! The room itself was very spacious, and a very good value for the price!

Really cool huge apartment with separate sitting room, bathtub area and a little terrace. Nice old style furnishings and rich colours. Great location on a nice street. We got there late so didn't have much time to spend there. Staff were helpful and stored our luggage for us.

Temperamental shower. Had to brave the cold shower but didn't seem so bad in summer. This would not be fun in winter.

I absolutely loved this apartment. It was so spacious, the bed so comfortable and it felt so good after trotting around Prague to come back relax. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Just a walk up the hill to the castle or down hill over the bridge to the main square area. We got the number 15 tram from the train station. Super easy.

The shower is very small and had to shower in.

We loved the old painting and furniture in the place. The place was clean and welcoming. Location was great. Instructions for the apartment were easy to follow.

After arriving late some complementary water, coffee sachets and black tea would have been very appreciated. Comfy seating for 4 in lounge would have been good after lots of walking

The property managers were unresponsive on phone as well as messages to our requests / complaints during the stay. The wifi in the room wasn't working but when we tried reaching out ; nobody picked up our calls. Received very late responses for our questions about luggage storage after checkout, but in any case our request was accommodated so it worked out

The property was exactly as depicted in the pictures, it was rusty but clean. The location was excellent and most touristic spots can be visited walking from the property. The property seems to be a great deal for the price and location overall

No staff, they only give you the keys and disappear, so it is not possible to ask for cleaning the room the next days. Also, the smoking terrace can get incredibly noisy because of how the building is divided and nobody from staff is there to keep the place quiet

The ceiling is very low on the first floor. I'm not tall and yet I had to be careful not to hit my head all the time.

Nice apartment for a short stay in Prague. It's very close to the city center and easy to access using public transportation. It's quite spacious and probably well-suited for a family.

Getting the keys in the self service took us some time and was a bit annoying. I recommend improving the system. Our room was on the ground floor with window towards opposite building wall, it was dark and for a longer stay I would not recommend. For just two nights it was ok.

This hotel is located in a fabulous street and very suitable for getting everywhere on foot fast and easy. It's good value for money. It had everything needed. Clean.

You need a key to get out, which could be a fire hazard. Just keep the key in the lock for safety!

This was an enormous space for the price. Extremely close to the castle with many restaurants close by. There were fun amenities that we did not have time to use, like the hot tub & courtyard space.

We were told at the last minute that the property would not be ready at 3pm. It was not ready until 5:30pm. This was an inconvenience having arrived in the city in the morning.

Location was excellent., close to the Charles Bridge. Nicely furnished apartment. We had some problems with facilities during our stay,(water,heating) but it was solved by the staff.

Flat is wonderful but not very warm especially that outside was minus temperature. The 2 radiators are not enough to heat up such a big place.

The bathroom particularly for the larger shared group was very ill fitted. The shower does not fit medium to tall sized people, and the eaves are incredibly low. For us that was manageable but might be uncomfortable for taller people.

Group of six fit comfortably in bedrooms, lots of room for shared sleeping. Good table and well stocked- kitchen. The hosts are attentive and helpful, on hand to answer questions and gave very clear instructions for sign in and sign out. Location was amazing very conveniently located to Charles Bridge. We also enjoyed the roof terrace. Would definitely revisit!
