if I have to complain - which I wouldn't - I'd say the couch is a little uncomfortable (could use some cushions) and the bed is a little creaky

Great location, walking distance to literally everything. A spacious modern apartment with everything that one might need. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful. Got a chocolate Easter bunny as a small treat. Really cute!

Private parking is little bit expensive, note for future - permission for the street parking could be bought in a police department not far away.

Possible the best localization in Karlove Vary, practically in the woods with acceptable distance to main attractions. Trails starts nearly in front of the apartament (You can start here a trail run around Karlove Vary health resort part - 14 km). Quiet and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful when pool pomps did not turn of during the night hours. The suite was very spacious and thus extremely comfortable for two persons. The apartment has 4 balconies so you hear birds all the time while drinking your morning cup of joe.

If you plan to bike in Karlove Vary region, to store bikes safely you need to rent the space in the garage (paid).Its not an issue of this particular apartment, as most buildings in this part of the city are historical so its not easy to move/store sport equipment inside.

Big apartment with modern furniture, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom is huge and very nice. All new and clean. The villa is 10 min walk down hill from city center, located almost in the forest, very quite. Host is very nice and helpful. we truly enjoyed our stay.

The villa itself is very nice and perfectly clean. It's a little bit outside of the main tourist areas, but within 15 min. walk. We prefer to stay in these off the beaten track locations. The villa sits right on the edge of the forest, which provides a nice view and great access to hiking trails. The apartment was large, cozy, had four separate balconies, and all of the facilities that you could need. The pool and spa facilities are really impressive, and in our opinion, totally worth the extra cost - especially since you get the facilities to yourself. The host also arranged for a massage therapist to come to the villa to give us massages, which was really convenient and the massage was very good and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The living room couch was not very comfortable for us, but it was not a big problem.
