Dear Lada, thank you very much for a very nice review. We appreciate it🙏. You are welcome anytime in the future in our Rezidence Palmbaum. Let me just explain some of your points you mentioned . There are ventilators in every bathroom (Switch next door) . Windows are in every bathroom too( of course also in every room ). I am sorry for having moths coming in but we can't do anything about it. It is just a part of the beautiful nature all around that we love so much 🙏🌞 We promote on Booking that there is no washing machines and dryer. ( In fact there are both new ones there in the stuff Area, but we used them just for our laundry- beds and towels due to bad experience with some guests that the new ones broke and damaged)😥. On the other hand we are happy that you enjoyed our unlimited coffee espresso and packs of tea for free as well as organics shampoo, liquid soaps and shower gels , facial pads and the other drugstore equipment which we suply to every guests of our Rezidence Palmbaum for free 👍😁 There is a map and information on our Booking pages how far is the Rezidence Palmbaum from the very center - main spring in the downtown. It is 1,2km - 5 minutes by walk. The truth is that is down and then up the hill (this is just the other side of a beautiful landscape of Karlovy Vary ) , but there is a possibility to use a public transport ( bus stop is just 40meters far from Rezidence Palmbaum) coming and going almost every 10-15 minutes. We are happy to have our dear employee Gary (English Guy) who welcomes every guests personally and gives them all of these necessary information.
