Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GermanyThis time we noticed that the cleaning was not done very thoroughly, there was a 1 L plastic bottle below the bed and a paper tissue next to it, obviously from the previous guests… seems like the cleaning Personal was not very careful, although everything else was spotless
As usual, very practical and central with the little gym and the wellness area. Directly next to a Metro station. Breakfast is quite good although not very cheap.

Great location, close to shopping centre and public transport. Fully self contained, which was nice. Small but a great use of the space

United StatesI liked that it was an Apartment hotel. Especially liked the washer-dryer combo in the room. That was the selling point for us during a long European vacation. Having the U-Bahn station right there at the hotel was great we were able to visit Volksfest and the city with ease.

AustraliaYou could hear constant dull noise of the underground -we used earplugs at night-problem solved…
Proximity to Hauptbahnhof(note the 15 min walk is a small uphill walk-entrance to building on the side street- Adina is above the Premier hotel) A huge shopping centre next door. Clean and comfortable. Great view -we were on the 14th floor. Air conditioning to make sleeping comfortable.

Good downtown location right by the Stadtbibilothek stop and next to Milaneo mall. Lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. The room has stovetop and a mini washer-dryer combo which works well for small loads. And good sky view of the city. On site garage parking.

AustraliaNo air-conditioning for our entire stay as it wasn't working & despite reporting it & following up, it was never fixed. We made do thankfully with open window/door & no quilts at night as it was pretty warm.
Comfortable spacious bed, big fridge, kettle & tea bags for tea making, opening window/door.

RomaniaI didn't like the fact that for PARKING, the guy at the reception didn't offer me the alternative of information that I could park on the street, of course with an hourly fee using a parking ticket issued by the parking machines. Since the moment of booking, he kept trying to explain to me that I should be careful where I park because it's a huge risk and that it's better to park in the underground parking lot for a cost of 30 Euros. So, I refused, I parked on the street for 2 days, I paid a daily ticket / Parkshein, on average about 8-10 euros per day and everything was fine. After 22:00 until 08:00 there is no parking fee for certain areas. I parked on Turlenstrasse Street (next to the Look21 building), the street that is exactly perpendicular to the main street. Use Google and copy-paste the coordinates: 48.790827, 9.180110 for the location. It is imperative that the Reception at Adina improves communication with the customer, especially when they notice that the customer refuses the 30 Euro/day parking options.....and it would be very nice to inform the customer that there are also parking options on the street where the cost is not so high. For my case, a family with a child, every additional cost counts, so I chose to park on the street with Parkshein in the public parking lot.
The location, the interior amenities of the studio, the equipped kitchen, the quietness, the good speed of the elevators, the reception desk. bathroom supplies, sufficient towels, well-maintained and functional appliances in the kitchen, overall a pleasant experience
