How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Since the bathroom is shared, they should have shampoo and soap in the room. But there is no shampoo nor soap. 👎

No shampoo, although that wasn’t a big problem The bedding had a few small marks on - I assumed they just hadn’t come out in the wash but still a little off putting

The beds were very hard. There is a kitchenette you can use, but it didn't have any of the basics stocked like salt or pepper or oil, which made it less pleasant to actually cook something.
Great location, really close to multiple grocery stores and bus stops. The apartment was clean and easy to access. Nice towels.

The blankets were a bit smelly.

check out was 10.00 am would be nice to have 11.00, one combined bathroom and toilet for three rooms would be nice to have an additional separate toilet.
good location, easy to get to centre and central station, good communication with host, easy check-in procedure, close to supermarket and some bars , has cooking facilities and plates and cutlery also a fridge freezer and microwave. .

apartment was clean even if it was shared with different people it was spacious very close to the city centre (15 minutes by bus from Hauptbahnhof)

The wals are thin and the sounds from the neigbors room come very easily in.
It was very clean room with tv, the bed's matrace was good. The sound from outside is not heard.

The keys were not there on my arrival. I required assistance from the cleaning lady to get into the apartment after over one hour of waiting. Security of the keys felt lacking overall with the main set of keys missing during my stay - making me wonder if my things will be there after I come back from sightseeing. Windows face a fairly busy street with heavy trucks traveling it during the night. No AC means you have to choose to suffer either stale air or constant noise.

This is not an apartment, it's just a room with a small shared bathroom. The toilet smells constantly, making the stay very unpleasant. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid at all costs.

The room is new and have enough space for the luggages. The bed was confortable just as the pillow too. The position is good because the Bus station is near. There is no kitchen, but a good thing is that there is a supermarket near the building. If I return to Stuttgart, i would stay here again. It was a good price for the room compared to others in Stuttgart.

Maybe its a little loud if you leave the windows open, but it is t the mistake of the appartemant.
It had a keylock system. If you read the message they sent you, you can get your key without any reception needed. But even if you didnt watch your code, then you can call the appartemant and they will give you the code after they checked if you are really the renter. They are kind and they speak english too. In 2024 i paid 35€ for a two person room(/night), but its good i think.

No negatives!
I love my stay at Apollo, the property is conveniently located, it’s safe, and the room, the bathroom, and the kitchen were immaculate! The staff communicated very well and quickly! They were very helpful to me in assisting with how to use the public transportation. I will be using them again and I highly recommend staying at the Apollo Apartments while you’re in Stuttgart! Also there is a wonderful floral scent in the neighborhood!
