Really dog friendly hotel, they brought water for the dog during breakfast, hotel was nice and have a chrome cast that allow us to watch streaming from our phones.

Annoying intermittent buzzing in room - sounded like a coffee machine - but couldn't work out where it was coming from. Having to pay 9 euros to park down the road (discounted as staying at the hotel) Think there may usually be an option of cheaper, even free parking slightly closer to the hotel but the circus was coming to town so this wasn't available. No tea/coffee making facility in room but I took my own kettle (learnt from previous experiences). Glass door in bathroom might be a bit odd if travelling with a friend?

The room was clean, the facility was easy to reach. On check-in, we were able to leave our car in front oft he hotel for as long as it took for us to get organized. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

The glass-encased bathroom was unusual, considering the fact that I did not travel with a spouse or partner, but with a friend.

The staff were exceptional — unfailingly polite, helpful and professional. As one delighted guest noted, “welcoming and professional staff, lovely rooms and a superb breakfast” . I experienced the same: check‑in was swift and courteous, and house‑keeping maintained immaculate standard throughout. My room was bright, pristine and wonderfully comfortable, with premium bedding and a pillow menu that made sleep a true luxury . The room was sound‑proofed and included blackout drapes—all contributing to a restful night’s sleep . Although some smaller rooms feature compact bathrooms, mine felt generous—a modern, sleek bathroom with a brilliant shower facilities . Breakfast was an absolute highlight — truly stunning, with a generous buffet offering choices to suit every taste . One reviewer raved: “breakfast was stunning – choices for every taste… huge TV screen” . I wholeheartedly agree: fresh, varied and beautifully presented each morning. Location-wise, this is ideal. The hotel is literally adjacent to the bigBOX ALLGÄU events centre, and just a minute’s walk from Forum Allgäu shopping and the city centre attractions, including the historic Residenz and St Lorenz Basilica . A few minutes further brings you to the charming Old Town and Iller riverside. Guest facilities are extensive and well-thought‑out: free Wi‑Fi throughout, an on‑site bar and the musics restaurant & lounge serving both regional and international dishes, plus local wines and beers . There’s also a free gym, conference rooms, and convenient luggage storage for late departures . Parking is easy and affordable—the nearby municipal car park is just a minute’s walk and costs around €9–€10 per day, while a public garage is also very close by .

Room was nice and bed comfortable. Location is excellent.

I did not want breakfast but was still charged for it. I booked three nights but could not make the flight out on Thursday for medical reason. I ask my friend to cancel Thursday night. He lives locally. When it came to paying the bill I was charged full price because the cancellation was too short notice when using booking.com. The lesson I learned is that there are better terms when one books with a hotel directly.
