Nothing serious. The bedrooms could do with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also the only mirror was in the bathroom. Minor issues really.

The host met us to give us the keys and showed us the flat. The flat itself was clean and well maintained. There were facilities nearby such as supermarkets and it was close to a bus stop, making journeys into the centre very easy.

The cooking utensils were a bit basic but sufficient to prepare meals which saved eating out all of the time, but there is a lack of hanging space in the bedrooms and only a couch in the lounge which was a bit tight for four people.

The apartment was comfortable, with all facilities needed for a stay, within a hundred metres of a bus stop, with a nice pub opposite the stop, a bakery on the corner of the building entrance, a convenience store close by and an Aldi store ten minute walk away. A little further about 15 minutes walk but on the bus route to REWE store. The person we dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and friendly

The neighborhood is relatively noisy, especially on Saturday night when the residents of the building had a party until the morning. Also, when we were leaving, we didn't know where to leave the key, and the host didn't respond to messages and calls, so we were surprised with such communication, but in the end we managed and returned the key.

The apartment is well connected to the city center, the bus stop is close to the building. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. Overall, it is great value for money.

The apartment is close to a few pubs. Because it was warm we had to keep our windows open and we could hear people singing and laughing until well after midnight during the weekend. The kitchen had only one pan and a small saucepan which limited our cooking options for when we didn't wanted to go out for a meal. The kettle was broken and didn't turn itself off when the water had boiled.

We did like that the apartment had two bedrooms which allowed our daughter to have her own room instead of having to sleep in the living room on a sofa bed.

It was as described and was a comfortable stay for our family of 4. All the facilities were there and in working condition. The owner is very helpful. Nice shower and the apartment was very clean.

Horrible smell of cigarette in the stairway and it also came to the apartment, also the bed linen had that same smell

Just OK basic accommodation in the eastern part of Stuttgart . Quiet location . Really good public transportation to the city and all places you want to visit . Also a market near to buy everything you need during your stay

Hard to find a parking spot for the car

Limited resources - only one cap for the dish washer; 2 caps for the washing machine and the hand soap gave us the feeling like it is diluted with a lot of water The attitude of the cleaner was bad. Not to mention that when we arrived at 5:30pm, the apartment was not ready (the check-in time is 4pm)

We got the room in the 3rd stock. It was hard to bring the luggage up the stairs.

Only issue was that parking is a little tricky, between 10pm and 8am it’s free on the street but outside those hours you have to pay.

Very nice apartment, clean and well presented. Well equipped, everything you need to wash clothes and cook. Shower was very nice and the balcony was a good size. Good size Aldi within walking distance.

Not very cosy but functional

Not the nicest neighborhood in Stuttgart, but a clean, quiet and functional apartment. Easy public transport to city centre. Good Italian food (Trattoria Vivaldi) and Irish beeer (Alte Schule) nearby.

Cosy apartment in nice neighbourhood. Apartment was spacious and had everything necessary. The host was very friendly and gave us the location details beforehand so it was quite easy to find it.

It was in third floor and no lift. We have parked the car near the apartment and gurdian has parked his car by blocking our car. Then they ask us to pay 20€ if they want to clear the parking and take there car out of our way

We booked an apartment. It was for 5 people for the euros . My son got a late gift from his wife to go to the opening game v Germany . My son asked if he could sleep on the floor . Of course I gave him my bed and he left on day 4 . The concierge said he knew and charged me 140 euros . I paid . But I said the last 4 days there are only 3 staying so if we are paying by person do you then owe me money ? . I paid for an apartment or numbers ? Ye that was a bit disappointing but yip the apartment was totally fine ,

Great location . A bit out of the centre as in 25minute walk but the area was a nice bit of Stuttgart . A great local bar a minute walk .
