The apartment is very neat, cozy, and modern. The noise of the main street cannot be heard. Surrounded by trees. Neighbors cannot be heard. It is very convenient to park a car. You will always find a space for the car. The apartment owner is very pleasant, calm, polite, and friendly in answering all questions. Thank you!!!

No Toaster, we bought a new toaster to use and left it in the suite for future guests, No bread knife, No wine glasses, No racks in oven, Hot/ Cold water mix in shower too sensitive unable to get the mix right. Only one set of keys. Parking an issue. No parking on site after 5.00pm. As the suite is spacious I would suggest a small carpet and two lounge chairs for relaxing in. Also only a pay to use communal washing machine which is hit and miss to get to use it. The host Michael was friendly

Good location since it’s not that far from the city. Quiet neighbourhood. The room was quite big and spacious. Various options of tv channels like Netflix, YouTube etc

The bed sheets didn’t smell good. It didn’t have bad odour but it didn’t smell/feel fresh at all. All the towels reeked a little bit. Felt like they were washed without any soap. Some kitchen equipments weren’t cleaned properly. There were leftovers like a whole pack of sugar cubes, some tea, soup powders, etc. At least the ground was clean and vacuumed. It was hard to get right temperature in the shower. It either gets very hot or very cold.

Big bright room with great view. A lot of greenery in the area. Big free parking available. Basic ingredients like oil/salt were provided.

Dishes and toilet were dirty. Shower only has a curtain which doesn't stop water from going everywhere in a bathroom, and vents are not drying the room enough. The train can be loud at night.

Very spacious and comfortable, close to the UBahn and to Edeka for grocery shopping, close to Stuttgart center via the U Bahn.

Exceptional value, larger than it looks in photos, everything works as expected, good communication with host, public transport very close, supermarket nearby

Location was ideal. Apartment was superb. Black out blinds were fab. Michael was the perfect host.

Pillows on the bed were not the best. An iron & iron board would have been a bonus.

Michael was nice and couldn't be more helpful. Always avaiiable. The apartment has everything you need. The position is great, out of the busy centre in a lovely area but with easy access to the trains..

I highly recommend staying at the Cozy Studio Apartment! The apartment is incredibly spacious and comfortable. The host's attention is excellent, and there is convenient access to public transportation. Plus, the included coffee is delicious!
