Reviews of Renovated Flat - Prime Location Near Marienplatz

The apartment is newly renovated, very clean, and has everything you need — even small things for cooking like spices. The bed is super comfortable, and the self check-in was very easy. Great and practical location near Marienplatz.

It was a nice and clean studio. Not too far away from the city center, but you need to a walker to do it by foot.

Heaps of space. Comfy bed. Good bathroom. Kitchen had everything you could need. Homey feeling. Lift was useful with our bags. Short walk to underground and bus stops. Property is uphill but there is a tram if you needed. Property manager is easy to contact and provides plenty of information to make your stay easier.

Probably just a Stuttgart thing but the bin dividing is crazy over the top. Would have been nice to have somewhere to hang clothes after doing laundry.

The flat is amazing - perfect location with a bus bringing to the very city centre in 10-15 min, has elevator, very quiet, clean, fully equipped with all necessary things in the kitchen, bathroom and the room itself, perfect view from the window. Really recommended for long stay in Stuttgart!

Very nice place and quiet. Near the bus station 43 that brings us quickly to the center. Also, all the information was clear to get the key and to find the accommodation.

We were very satisfied. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, with several playgrounds around.

Nice bright apartment, beautiful area, shops, cafes and transport nearby, very close to the center. Nearby is the beautiful church of St. Markus, it is worth a look. Тhe apartment is quite clean, bed linen and towels too.

We were with a child, a place was prepared for him on the sofa, but instead of a normal blanket, there was a thin guest blanket. At night, the child froze. Also, they could not use the dishwasher, there were some problems with the water supply and the machine gave an error.

The location is near public transport but far enough to be in a quiet place Check-in was easy and landlord were really helpful, kind and available

I recently stayed in this fantastic apartment near Marienplatz in Stuttgart. The apartment is newly renovated with a modern kitchen and is exceptionally clean and bright. The building features a convenient lift, making it easily accessible. It's in a great location, within walking distance to the city center and some nice viewpoints. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

I recently stayed in this fantastic newly renovated apartment. The new bed was incredibly comfortable, and the new kitchen had all the modern appliances I needed. Plus, the location couldn't be better—just a 5-minute walk to Marienplatz and close to the city center. It was the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Location was not important for us as we had a car but otherwise it’s not in the center. Not much around the appartment.
