Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Saudi Arabia1) Check in was easy in practice , but complicated in theory.I filled the check in form three times few days before check in and received a message from the host confirming receiving it.One day before check in the host send me a message of warning that if the check in form was not filled the digital code to enter the property will not be active !!!! I sent the host a photo of his acknowledgment message,then he sent apologies.I felt that I am dealing with more than one host with poor communication between them .2) Statements as keep the apartment clean !!, this is not a hotel!!, do not take anything with you !!! are not nice and not appropriate at all in my opinion and my experience as well 3) The nearest supermarket Penny is 800 m walking from the apartment.
The apartment is spacious, bright ,very clean and well equipped.Few minutes walk to Bus 42 station,which takes you directly to Marienplatz.

Kazakhstan“Great Apartment in Stuttgart!” We stayed at this apartment for one night during our trip, and it was an excellent experience. The place was very clean, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. Although we didn’t spend much time there, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Traveling as a group of five friends, we found the space perfect for us. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a short or long stay in Stuttgart!

IndiaNot so much of cons rather concerns: We tried booking on Airbnb at first, as it was showing a little lesser price than here. However, Airbnb didn't allow us to book at all even after talking to their customer service. So, we had to book on booking.com for a little higher money. If there is a possibility to have a dedicated parking spot, that would help. Every time we had to take our car; we were worried if we will find a parking spot again when we return. Luckily, we managed always. There is a 100€ cleaning fee charged during the booking. It would be good if the cleaning fee is reduced, or if we are not asked to clean the trash during checkout.
Pros: The apartment is very spacious, clean and it has everything we need and moreover organized beautifully. The apartment is tastefully decorated. Our stay was very pleasant. No trouble at all. We were able to find a parking spot off the street everyday with no big trouble. The apartment is located in a very central but quiet and peaceful location that accessing any locations in the city was not hard and at the same time we didn't have the trouble of loud city traffic. Grocery stores and restaurants were in walkable distances. The host really took care of everything for our stay. As the host promised, we had a 5-star stay.

IsraelTwo things I didn’t like: First, the lack of air conditioning. I understand that Europeans are generally against AC, but cheap fans are not a real solution. With heat like this, which is no longer rare, you can’t expect people to enjoy the apartment. We actually delayed coming back each day because it was unbearable to stay inside. Strong ceiling fans should be installed in every room, including the kitchen and living room. The second thing I liked less was the communication with the hosts. Although they made an effort to respond to every question, their availability was limited, and the argumentative tone regarding the air conditioning issue felt inappropriate.
I really liked the apartment because it’s new, spacious, with large rooms, two bathrooms and two showers which suited us perfectly as a large family of six! I’m less drawn to the IKEA-style design, but overall it’s a beautiful, pleasant, and clean apartment.
