The only point of criticism but this is purely personal is the fact that the pillows are too soft for my liking.

The beds and pillows where too soft, i did not sleep as well as expected because my own bed is much harder than what we experienced in the room. I think for the location the value is slightly out of line with expectations. I have paid less for accommodation closer to the city centre in other locations before.

The room in general met the expectations, it was nice to have coffee in the room, the only downside is that there was too little Sugar and creamer to have a second cup. Breakfast i cannot comment on as we did not use the Breakfast offering and rather opted to have breakfast in the city centre which was half the cost of what a couple would pay at the Hotel.

We have no complain, except maybe for the breakfast options that were not so many. By the time we arrived for breakfast there were no croissants and only when we were leaving we saw the empty baskets being filled...

Everything about the hotel was satisfactory: the localization, the sense of safety, the comfort and cleaness of the room and common areas were all pretty good.

The breakfast room could have used an additional coffee machine as this area is busy in the mornings and I had to wait a while for the coffee. The chain lock on the room door did not disengage without pressing a button, which it would be nice to have a small sticker reminding guests of that.

The hotel is located on a main road in Aachen off the motorway so very convenient to access with a paid parking lot right out front. The breakfast was good with many choices and well attended.

Our stay was great. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. Our room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed there on two different occasions. The first time, everything was excellent special thanks to the waiter Mathias, who was very helpful. During our second stay, we noticed that the dining area could have been a bit cleaner, especially the sugar jars, which weren’t very clean. The waiting staff didn’t seem particularly concerned about it, which was a bit surprising. Other than that, everything else was very good. One small issue didn’t ruin our overall experience, and we would definitely stay there again. A special thank you to receptionist Antonia for her warm welcome and for taking the time to explain where to find nearby petrol stations and restaurants.

It was a shame that the restaurant was closed the evening I was there. That is about all.

Everything was fine. It was easy to find - just off the motorway. Ideal for driving across Germany and heading for the channel ports. The car park was good.

Parking charge of €8 per night.

Conveniently located from motorway and easy to get to. Hassle free booking and check in. Overall, clean and tidy rooms which are quite spacious. Good sized and comfortably firm beds. Coffee maker with complimentary pods and a bottle of mineral water in room was an awesome and welcome bonus.

Overall, the accommodation was good, but there could have been more pillow options (they were very soft) and the blackout curtains did not block out the light from the window. No room service available.
