Recensione verificataPosizione centralissima comoda alla S-Bahn; presenza di molti ristoranti e negozi nella vicinanze. Buona la colazione. Bene il bagno. Bene il personale.
L' albergo appare un po' datato, con moquette a terra ed arredi forse non recentissimi. La mia stanza (una singola) era piuttosto piccola, ma soprattutto aveva una finestra che non era prudente tenere aperta a causa del fatto che si apriva all' esterno su un pianerottolo che presumo fosse un' uscita di emergenza; come conseguenza, la stanza non era molto aerata. Prezzo della stanza un po' alto.

Personale gentile e pronto a rispondere a tutte le esigenze, stanza bella e accogliente, tutto nuovo e pulito, acqua e frutta nella hall, colazione ottima e variegata, posizione centrale, stanza climatizzata in maniera perfetta, cuscini e letto comodissimi, insonorizzazione buona. Nulla da lamentare.
Una piccola influente nota negativa: al mattino l’acqua della doccia non era calda come volevo.

Recensione verificataMi è piaciuta molto la posizione centrale dell'hotel; proprio a due passi dalla zona pedonale. Tutto pulito e curato e personale gentilissimo. Quando siamo arrivati i posteggi dell'hotel erano liberi e quindi non abbiamo potuto chiedere di meglio.
L'unica cosa che sarebbe migliorabile è l'aggiunta di un mini frigorifero nella stanza, dato il caldo estivo sarebbe stato bello lasciare delle bottigliette al fresco

Recensione verificataMolto pulito, il personale parlava bene l'inglese, non abbiamo fatto la colazione in struttura quindi non posso dare una valutazione. Lo consiglierei a molti. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimi.
Purtroppo la posizione non è tra le migliori ma poteva andare peggio. Si trova alla fine della via dello shopping e appena passi nella via dietro l'hotel non è un bella zona soprattutto la sera.

Abbiamo pernottato due giorni e al rientro del primo giorno ci siamo trovati la camera ancora da rifare. Andato in reception l'addetto non è riuscito a darci spiegazioni e non ha attivato nessun servizio. Dopo ripetute lamentele sono riuscito a farmi cambiare gli asciugamani portando di persona quelli usati. Alla partenza non hanno fatto nessun commento sull'accaduto. Albergo da NON consigliare assolutamente.
