Location is ok.

No communication possible with staff. No reply on whatsapp, phone only to hotline. You cannot call anybody. Equipment in poor condition, iron completely dirty, ruined my shirt. Shower head not working properly. Mattress old and soft.

Clean property with pretty good layout of apartment which fits a family with 2 kids. Hot water runs fine and heating works well. You’ll have everything for 3-4 days stay There was a welcome present from the host which is nice.

Building access is challenging, have only 5 seconds to open 2 doors There is a narrow staircase and you cannot store baby stroller downstairs Noise insulation is very bad, you can hear everyone outside

Excellent location next to the middle of the city and very well connected with public transport. Accommodated our family with 3 kids very well for a 2-week stay. Kitchen had everything we needed and the house was well equipped. Really appreciated the host's thoughtful choice of furnishings and flexible furniture.

The apartment can sleep 5-6 guests however there is no eating area for 5-6 guests. A tableand chairs in the entrance corridor near kitchen would be good addition given that there is already any extra charge for a larger group.

The location was great and we loved the Italian restaurant under the apartment

Not really a criticism but we felt the main rooms could have done with a homely touch.

The apartment was very well stocked, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery glassware, everything you would want/need. The apartment is directly across from the Tram line which takes you everywhere in town. The host checked in with me to make sure everything was fine and responded to my question quickly. If you are considering this renting this space, don't hesitate it is perfect. The Italian restaurant, Cavallino, directly below the apartment is outstanding, we so enjoyed our meal and the staff was attentive and very nice.

This isn't a negative about the property, I wanted to mention it for others considering this apartment that might have mobility issues. The bathtub is a bit high so a step would be ideal, this is probably not an issue for younger folks but for someone older it is difficult. There is also a flight of stairs to climb to the first floor, the steps are easy to climb and there is a sturdy railing but if you have mobility issues this could be a challenge.

Good location and nice apartment, very good for a work trip. Responsive host answered questions quickly. Recommended.

Great location. Super easy to get around the city from the various metro stops outside. Supermarkets close by. Popular restaurants on the doorstep.

Plenty of space and nice to watch the world go by from the balcony after a long day

Noise from the street, but it was expected. It would be better if there were a hand shower trigger spray next to the toilet.

The apartment was in a terrific location. Steps away from the U line and very close to the S line. Great restaurants close by. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, water, coffee, chocolate and converters. The communication was great and they gave us recommendations for the location. Loved that. Super helpful hosts. Balcony was really nice!

There wasnt a real hang out place - other than the main bedroom.

Clean and easy access to city and public transportation.

Location was good. Rooms were spacious. Good kitchen and bathroom.

Very poor sleeping conditions. The main bed was very small so we ended up sleeping in the single beds. The beds were very basic wooden frames with simple mattresses. Strangely the bedroom had lot of traffic noise, whereas the lounge where we slept had better insulation from the road. Unfortunately, there was no protection from the noise of neighbours and the busy restaurant below. You hear every pot and pan clang, every table movement from below and every footstep from above. Sleeping before 11:30pm is difficult. They only provided one bath towel, hand towel, pillow and duvet per person for 3 nights. No spare towels or blankets. Check in is 4pm, not 3:59pm.

This was a great place, so nothing to remark.

Excellent location. The tram is across from the apartment. Easily reach restaurants, atm, museums and shopping.
