Exceptional stay! I spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel. The facilities are excellent – modern, comfortable, and spotless, offering the perfect sense of 5-star luxury. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help. I was especially impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handled all my special requests. We chose this hotel for our wedding trip to Copenhagen, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! Everything was absolutely perfect during our 4-day stay. The breakfast was delicious and had so many great options. The location was amazing, just a few minutes walk from the Copenhagen City Hall. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling. Since we were there for our wedding, they even upgraded our room, and we got to stay in a beautiful suite with Tivoli view. On top of that, they surprised us with a lovely cake to celebrate our marriage — such a thoughtful gesture! Honestly, we can’t remember ever feeling this special and happy during any other stay. It was a truly unforgettable experience. We’re so grateful to everyone at the hotel and can’t wait to come back to Copenhagen for our anniversaries and stay here again. Highly recommended from the bottom of our hearts! ❤️

Surprisingly, we could hear the trains from the 14th floor. The windows, and generally the room, could be more soundproofed. The steamer was clogged with limescale so didn’t work properly and our tea/coffee was not replenished.

The lifts can get crowded during breakfast.

We loved the comfortable room, which was peaceful and the lovely breakfast. We also loved the dinner at the Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant. The main hall was great, and the parking option for our rented car was perfect. The Reception team was helpful, and guest service was excellent, with recommendations to visit.

Great location, near the city center, train and metro stations, tivoli gardens just across the street. You can easily walk all around the city center. Rooms are large and comfortable, coffee and amenities replenished daily 😊 we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay..👍

It’s expensive for the size of the room and I got woken up at 1am by reception with a call to ask me my first name because he thought there was a mix up with a name and at breakfast I was told that I hadn’t included breakfast in my booking even though I did and when checking out I clarified it.

Everything about the hotel from location to facilities, to room, to service were good. Was there coinciding with the EU leaders summit, so all the extra police security at the hotel made it felt extra safe lol.
