We also regret that your cleaning request resulted only in towel and toilet paper changes. Dear Caroline, We are happy to hear the balcony and spa were to Your liking. We´re sorry to hear Your son got sick and wish him a speedy recovery. Our apologies for the lack of a thermometer. Regarding the breakfast we do not allow breakfast to be taken into the rooms and our workers do need to be at their posts to accommodate other people and to do their primary jobs. Breakfast is already included in the room price and is always included, as such we do not charge more. Our rooms do not have fridges we only have minibars. All the best, Kalev Spa Team.
