Hamada, Imen and their sons are wonderful hosts. It was again a true joy to stay at their guesthouse and to enjoy their hospitality and the quiet surroundings. The rooms are spacious, all food is home-cooked with love and the view from the rooftop is wonderful.

I had a small problem with my cruise trip, with some changement in the last time. But finally Hassan helped me to circumvent the situation

Stay in the elephantine island in the Labib Guest House was definitely the pick of my trip. The island is really magic, living my days beside the community there is something that I’ll take with me forever. The room is very confortable and Hassan is the best host possible, he helped me with all my tours and demands.

Very clean, beautiful, comfortable space. ACoʻ and ample hot water. Really lovley location on the island, close to the public ferry and quite. Nice view from the rooftop. The hosts are a lovley family that give you space but are there when you need anything.

We loved our stay at Labib House. The Hosts were the best of our stay, they help us with everything! The breakfast and dinner was delicious! The hotel is in a very quiet place and the view from the roof is beautiful!

My stay was wonderful! Everything was perfect — the place was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The manager Hamad and the team were extremely kind and always ready to help. There’s also a motorboat that takes you for arrival and departure, which makes everything very convenient. Highly recommended! ❤️

Family-owned guesthouse, where I felt at home instantly. The accommodation is situated on the 'backside' of Elephantine Island with a great view at the Aga Khan property and the river. Hamada and his family are welcoming. They serve nice local food and were happy to organize transport and visits for me. The room met all basic needs and was super clean. A place I will happily come back to.

Nothing really. Elephantine Island is so beautiful

Muhammed and Iman were warm and friendly hosts. They assisted us with getting to our places of interest and we had good meals. I would recommend Labib Guest House for a welcoming visit to Aswan.

The guest house was quite far away from everything, it is difficult to get to the guest house as we had to take a boat. We had to take our luggage on an unpaved steep ramp, which was pretty tiring. The rooms are pretty basic, as expected. The WiFi reception wasn’t good as well, but again this is expected.

It’s very quiet as it’s away from the traffic hassle. The hotel owner was very kind to assist us with our luggage and arrange the ferry to the mainland. The dinner at rooftop was nice too.

Totally nice

I absolutely loved my time at Labib House! All of the staff are attentive and friendly. They are very warm people and I was well looked after, more than I was expecting. The owner made sure I had transportation to and from the island and that I had all I needed. They coordinated airport transportation as well. The food was amazing and the portions are large. I ate all my meals in Aswan there. There wasn't any need to take a boat to go the city for food when there was high quality food there. I REALLY ate well! The guest house has a family vibe. It is calm and serene and has an amazing view. It's a great place for someone looking to unwind and relax. I loved everything about here! Please come if you want a quiet stay, away from the noise and busy Aswan. It requires a ferry and walk to come in and out of the island. But you’ll have a beautiful view from your bedroom and breakfast! The owner is a dear 🥰 Thank you Hamada and your family for all your help and support you did for me and I am really looking forward to come back again soon

The island itself is peaceful and also the location of the guesthouse is on the back side of it, which offers a really nice view from the terrace. We have a night flight and Labib arranged us a transfer from the airport to the guesthouse.Good communication via messages.

We had a wonderful stay. The family was very welcoming and helped us plan all the activities we wanted to do, including day trips a few hours away! The rooftop offers absolutely incredible views.

The bathroom is certainly small and the location is not that easy to get to, but the value is great and people make up for it. Quite happy with our stay!

Great hosts and stay in Aswan! Great value for the stay. Although you need to go back and forth taking a boat to get there, the hosts would always help you (even at 2 am in the morning) :)
