Da migliorare il ristorante comune e la comunicazione al momento del check in. Abbiamo dovuto capire in autonomia che all' interno del resort erano presenti dei tablet da usare per prenotare dei ristoranti a tema

Recensione verificataMolto soddisfatta della scelta di questo albergo. Ottima pozione, buon cibo. Staff a reception molto simpatico e disponibile. Bellissima spiaggia un piccolo barriera corallina per snorkering, una lunga laguna e piscine con il bar dentro. Il fatto che potevamo muove e mangiare tra 3 alberghi era stupendo. Penso che tornerò presto. Grazie di tutto
I venditori di massaggi e trip e vari servizi disturbano troppo in continuazione non lasciando rilassare le persone. Alcuni staff della sala pranzo mancava l’educazione purtroppo … Compensava la professionalità e la simpatia del due chef fa fantastici, del ragazzo dell’omelette, pancake e grill ☺️ grande lavoratori a 40 gradi con sorriso !

Recensione verificataLa struttura è in piena ristrutturazione, il lato positivo è che praticamente sono 3 alberghi in 1 (palma de mirette, el palacio e mirette), quindi si può usufruire di tutti i servizi di tutte 3 le strutture (chi ha l'aquapark più grande, chi il ristorante più grande, chi le camere più belle o l'affaccio migliore sul mare). Tutto lo staff di servizio è stato molto cordiale ed accogliente, qualcuno un po' fastidioso nella richiesta di mance ma non tutti, anzi, sono stati pochi a farlo. Molto soddisfatta anche della varietà del ristorante, a colazione pranzo e cena. Il cibo è speziato, ma mi sembra di capire che sia così un po' ovunque, quindi per chi non gradisce può diventare difficile mangiare qualcosa, a noi è piaciuto molto ma siamo abituati ai sapori forti.
Sono rimasta delusa dai receptionist, quelli più giovani che ci hanno accolto il primo giorno, non solo non trovavano la prenotazione, ma sembrava che ci stessero facendo un favore ogni volta che rispondevano ad una nostra domanda. Sinceramente è stato un atteggiamento che mi ha indisposto parecchio, per fortuna il resto dello staff è stato davvero gentile. Altra pecca della reception, non danno informazioni al check in, abbiamo scoperto da soli che potevamo usufruire dei 3 alberghi indistintamente, non ci sono state date info riguardo gli orari dei pasti né di dove rivolgersi per animazione ed escursioni, zero, eppure il lavoro del receptionist è questo: accogliere il cliente e fornirgli tutte le info possibili a rendere migliore il suo soggiorno.
