My fiancé and I stayed at Casa Pizarro Hotel for five days around our wedding, and it was truly magical. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make everything effortless and special for us. The place itself is beautiful — full of charm and character — and the food was absolutely fantastic. But what really made it unforgettable were the people. Everyone at Casa Pizarro made us feel at home and took such great care of us. We’re both so grateful for the kindness, warmth, and attention we received. It was a perfect stay in every way. Thank you for being such a big part of our wedding memories! 💛

Everything at Casa Pizarro Hotel was exceptional. The facilities, room, and breakfast were of the highest standards. Location was excellent and close to everything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Victor who was very welcoming and nothing was a problem. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had and I would highly recommend this hotel.

So central to everything. Staff were lovely, very helpful. Food on every corner. Look for the Game of Thrones areas that filming was done. Loved the area.

A shame that there is no Gym or dipping pool and a little expensive for a hotel without facilities.

Location excellent and good safe covered garage ( a little walk away ) Rooms are nice and the breakfast is freshly cooked .

I asked for more water for the rooms on day 2 of our stay . I asked in the bar and the two staff had a major row ( in Spanish ) about what size water and I was eventually given tiny bottles and charged €5.80? Surely having booked and paid for two rooms this water could have been handed over with a smile . Perhaps a chat with staff might be a good option to help improve this ?

Location great , parking available and it’s in a garage ! Our superior room was a corner room with balcony and it was exceptionally comfortable. Clean too ! Polite warm welcoming staff . Good breakfast

The air conditioning didn’t work so we had to open the window which meant waking up early with cars on the street.

We loved this property! We couldn’t believe how grand and beautiful the bedroom was given what we paid. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, all in a great central location.

There is nothing we don’t like about the property

Casa Pizarro was so beautiful. It was so creatively designed incorporating the new yet retaining the original features of the historic building. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome. The little terrace at the back was lovely for breakfast

The one recommendation I have is to make sure the safes are bolted down. They would be very easy to pick up and remove from the room and that made us slightly uncomfortable.

This visit absolutely exceeded our expectations! The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered in my extensive travels! Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a large, comfortable room that was absolutely incredible. We had the best two nights of sleep of our trip at this hotel! The staff went out of their way to recommend sites to see as well as restaurants at which to eat. We had trouble with the safe and they immediately came up to assist us. They were attentive to all our needs and requests! I would absolutely stay here again!

Casa Pizarro was an absolutely delightful hotel and wonderfully situated with the walls of beautiful Caceres. There was a pretty terrace where we had breakfast and the blonde waitress was a whizz on her Google Translate and couldn't have been more accommodating! Likewise the two girls in reception. One with a little English was exceptionally kind in procuring a bucket of ice and glasses when the bar was closed and the other, Joana, on duty in the morning spoke terrific English, was charming and super-helpful. She was telling me how lovely Caceres was in winter-time and I've now made a big mental note to return to Caceres and Hotel Pizarro specifically another year in the winter!
