We don’t include a television by conscious choice — we prefer to keep the atmosphere calm and quiet, to support peaceful coexistence and good rest. We pay special attention to cleanliness, provide new air conditioning units, and the kitchen is equipped with the basics you need. The apartment is located in a central area of Valencia, very well connected: Just a few steps from "Av. del Cid" metro station A main bus stop within 200 meters A Valenbisi bike-sharing station right in front of the building Only a 5-minute walk takes you to Turia Park, one of the city’s largest green lungs — perfect for walking, running, or even crossing Valencia on foot. It’s ideal for tenants looking for essential comfort at a fair price — not a hotel, but a well-organized home in a quiet and central neighborhood. The apartment is very well connected: 200 meters from the metro, 100 meters from a main bus stop, and right in front of a Valenbisi bike-sharing station. Just 300 meters away you can enjoy the Turia Park — perfect for walks, running, or relaxing in nature.
