Not much space in the room, no place to leave stuff

The listing stated there are coffee machines and refrigerators in the room. After we had booked and arrived (with perishables to put in the refrigerator), we were informed those are "only in the deluxe rooms", so we did not have coffee in our room, and had to look for it at local businesses/cafes after they opened in the morning.

Excellent location, kind helpful staff, comfortable bed.

The room is very very very noisy, at 2am we could hear the people upstairs walking with heals and talking super loud. At 3am we wanted to go down to tell the reception but the. Finally the stopped. Clearly with sound proof room would have been much better. Luckily we stayed only 1 night . If you like to sleep in a quiet environment it is not suitable

The air conditioning wasn't great: it was mediocre at best, and placed on the extreme end of a very long room with the bed at the opposite end, so you didn't feel cool while sleeping. The room had lots of devices with standby lights, which cannot be turned off and kept me up at night. The bathroom had a water leak from the room above.

Location is excellent, just a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk from the public gardens. Lots of good shops and restaurants around in the local area. The room had all advertised amenities, including an enormous bath tub so big I couldn't possibly work out what it was for. The room was clean and staff were friendly.

Central location in old town with historic sites around every corner. Friendly locals. Excellent value for money.

We had problems with the aircon on the first night and could not get it sorted. It was incredibly hot at night but the staff sorted it for the second night.

- rooms are small and very basic, no counter space or places to hang towels, but still had everything we needed for a short stay

- Amazing central location - clean, modern rooms - large TV with netflix and all other apps - great value considering the location - friendly staff

The shower was not the best and probably needed some attention to improve the hot and cold but apart from that all was good.

When I arrived the property gave me a room that offered a room into a storage area no city view like the booking description had. I took photos of 2 different cockroaches I found throughout my stay.

The location is like many others close to restaurants and things to do.

There was a lot of work going on in the building so we were woken up at 8 in the morning by builders on the floor above. Our Air Con broke on day 2 but the front desk managed to sort it for our 3rd night. The shower needs a bit of a clean and de lime scale

The location was phenomenal, the bed was comfy and was a really good price. The desk resolved our air con issue straight away.

I thought the rooms could have been a bit cleaner and i original thought we would have access to a terrace however this wasn’t the case the door outside was locked.
