Great location near to supermarkten, restaurants and shops, you can walk everywhere in San Antonio. Comfy beds and staff very friendly and helpful, they also ordered a taxi to us for the airport which in 2 mins was at the hotel, wonderful service

the walls are really thin so you can hear the other guests (especially the noise disrespectful ones), and on friday there was a party at the place just downstairs which made the whole building vibrate until 4 am. but it was just a night (i think they also have the same party on saturday but i left). so if you are there to sleep at night (i know, quite unusual ;), you might want to take this into account).

really well located, clean nice rooms, helpful staff at the reception, you can also cook a bit in the kitchenette. modern facility right in the center of san antoni.

They gave us two twin beds although I asked for a double bed. Cleaning rotation is strict (can't change day) and cleaning staff ends at 4pm

Very small rooms with thin walls. Can hear the people in the other room. Housekeeping start cleaning at 9 am in the neighboring rooms which disturbs your sleep. No salt/sugar available. No handwash soap near the bathroom sink.

Very good location. Front desk availavle 24*7. Comfortable beds. AC in the room. Small kitchen with a fridge and basic utensils for any quick meals or Tea/coffee.

The curtains do cover the daylight properly which is not good if you want to sleep until a bit later. You need to have a card on the reader for the fridge and AC to work.

You had to pay to use the safe which didn’t seem right. There was some construction work outside but as we were in the middle of San Antonio, it was expected that we would have noise.

There was a 24 hour reception so you always felt safe returning to the property. It was a great location and rooms were decorated very nicely.

Downstairs they were changing the road. It was very noisy, but it was temporary. The apartment itself is a bit outdated, it could use some renovation. They charged 10 euros to extend the room for an hour, until 12 o'clock (In other hotels in San Antonio they did it for free). I was surprised by the window in the toilet, which overlooked the neighbors' balcony. Cleaning is scheduled only twice a week. Overall, a fairly typical hotel for San Antonio.

Not a bad hotel. The room had everything you needed. Everything worked properly. Good location. You can use the pool of another hotel. There is a good supermarket nearby, many cafes, a laundromat, scooter rental, etc.

The reception area had the AC turned off and was uncomfortably hot. There was construction going on in front of the property at the time of my stay but access was provided to get in and out of the hotel.

The location of the property is very central. Easy to move around and close to all the nightlife places, restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean. Everything in the room worked just fine.

We would have liked the balcony to be slightly bigger and not overlook all the roadworks going on - however we know nothing could be done to help that. My partner also had a pair of shoes go missing from the balcony - again we know nothing could be done to help that either.

the style of the apartments were nice and modern, it was easy to get taxis from there, and it had everything we needed for a few nights in ibiza.

Just found two minor things to improve: it would be better if the water pressure on the fourth floor were stronger, and considering the work on the street under our window, it would have been nice if they had provided earplugs.

Not a great view from the window . Could hear clearly the conversations of people in neighbouring rooms . Last night was particularly bad . Receptionist tried to resolve issue but even when not speaking loudly tge guests could clearly be heard .

Pretty happy with the apartments. I asked cleaners for more towels and they wouldn’t give us any and we missed the room clean on the one morning after getting in late. Obviously it’s Ibiza!

There was a constant bad smell coming from the toilette and you can hear your neighbors’s noises very easily. The doors were as well hard and noisy to open

let's be honest... this is a very noisy neighbourhood and the isolation is poor... after 2am it became quiet normally but still, if you are sensitive to noise etc, this is not your preferred stay

it can be noisy in the nights from outside and the windows are very thin but noise is expected so not an issue. Not allowed to play any loud music in the evenings so can ruin pre drinking vibes.

great location, literally around the corner from the top of the west end. Very clean and lovely interior both in the room and the lobby. Staff were really friendly. No pool but the one available to use is 5 minute walk and it was very nice, right next to cafe mambo strip.

Great value for money, great location, would definitely stay again. Already planning a trip to the same place next year. Staff friendly, room decent and had everything we needed. Some might be put off by there not being a pool but have access to a pool that’s a 5 minute walk away which so not inconvenient in the end at all.

The guy working in the evening was super helpful and super nice. He answered all of our questions and he was always super kind and getting the work done, amazing service from him!

The hotel is clean and features modern decor that matches the photos. We had read in other reviews that it can get noisy at night, but as a young couple who stayed out late, this didn't impact us at all. On the few occasions when we went to bed early, I could hear some noise from outside, but using earplugs completely blocked it out. Inside the hotel, I didn’t notice any noise from other guests, like walking, door slamming, or shouting... it was actually quite peaceful. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I’d like to particularly mention the lady at the reception who helped us book a spa for our last day. She was incredibly helpful and kind, and a true asset to the team!
