Sleep quality was poor. Each floor has a door open 24 hours. Noise travels up through each floor from bottom. Also key cards loud beep on entry. U could hear other people entering at any time of the night with the beep. All inclusive decent but nothing better branded included, and food very similar everyday.

Location excellent. Rooms clean Staff work hard. Excellent wifi. Still use facilities after check out.

The smell in our room was not so good, perhaps it was because our balcony was just above the kitchen.

The room was very big and we could park inside the hotel for a very reasonable price.

Our basement room

Location good entertainment good we had a basement room this was noisey as the chairs in the bar above us kept scrapping also only stairs down to our room no lifts to the basement. The breakfast was good (no omelettes) but good. We went to the beach as pool was busy.

I was unlucky to get a room on the first floor facing the road and the hotel entrance, it was extremely loud and constant smell of cigarettes. Moreover every morning it was terrible smell of sewerage in the bathroom. I was afraid to switch on the condi as the celling around it was covered with a lot of mold. I believe that there are better rooms in the hotel but the one I stayed was not that good

we had a leak in our bathroom due to the weather, maintenance came out took the roof off put a bucket underneath and didn't return, i get the feeling they was waiting just for the rain to stop, we had to speak to reception the next day to get them to tell maintenance to come back and put the roof on.

Breakfast was nice when we used it, good selection and very fresh.

Clean, good location, relaxing atmosphere, great all inclusive options. Good quality drinks. We enjoyed the food which was plentiful. Friendly helpful staff. Changing room available for our late flight after checking out.

The main lift was out of order 5 days out of the 7 of the holiday. I know these things can't be forseen, but as a family with a 3 year old and a 4 month old baby, carrying a pram and belongings up and down 2 flights of stairs 4 times a day was extremely difficult. The service lift was being used. However, the baby's pram was too big to get in there. There were also issues with having ice packs cooled at the bar for the baby's milk. These were "lost" on numerous occasions, with one member of bar staff saying it was not his job to find them and walking off. What was a good holiday could have been a fantastic holiday without these issues.

We had room with garden view, and also to the street. It was very, very noisy and loud music all night long. We did not sleep well because of this. So next time i will book a room on the other side of the hotel were its more quiet..

Nice hotel in a lovely area with the beaches near by and a beautifull garden. Good shops and resturants close to the hotel . The poolarea was nice too, we enjoyed it a few times. But we were most of our time on the beach. Very good breakfast and entertainment at nights. Gabriel gave us good information on our first evening there. We had a lovely stay here, and would like to come back again.

Our room was facing the bar and pool so it was a bit loud at night. Beds were a bit hard. The pool closed early.

We had a maintenance issue the first night and did not get a good night sleep. But it was quickly addressed the next day and the two women at reception were extremely kind about the issue.
