The beds are quite hard and not everyone will like that. The room we had didn’t come with a kitchenette which we initially thought we did have. There is however an outdoor kitched that we could use.

The view was incredible! The room and the whole house is very luxurious. Alex and Luba are very nice! We had terrible weather so we couldn’t use the garden and pool but it looked incredible. There is also a fantastic convenience store at 2m walking distance.

It is a hidden gem! A perfect place where to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature and the luxuriante garden! We will definitely come back next year!😍

There is nothing to not like.

The host was excellent and very welcoming. The apartment beautiful with special attention to detail. It’s in a great location for beaches and transport connections. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked very inviting. The room was very comfy, the bed especially. The views are amazing under Montgo mountain. I would recommend the apartment

A superb property, in an extremely quiet and picturesque setting in between Denia and Javea. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and had thought of everything, even providing toiletries. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break.

There was nothing really not too like. There was an issue with use of one of the wc's, but, this was resolved by the owner quickly enough..

A lovely self contained fully furnished appartment situated on the ground floor of a beautifully appointed family residence. Despite an abundance of good restaurants closeby the appartment came equipped with everything we needed to look after ourselves for a 2 day visit, i.e. a well equipped kitchen and a host of other domestic appliances too. The property offers some nice views of the surrounding countryside and of the local Montgo mountain range situated closeby. In the surrounding gardens there are several citrus trees on display and for amusement a pool table was available on the patio outside. There is also an outdoor swimming pool which looked lovely, but, iwas just slightly too cool to try out due to the time of year. The owner and his family were very amiable and accommodating and left us very much to ourselves. So, from our perspective we loved the place and will definitely look to make another booking when next in the area.

Get used to enter the apartament through the Main hall of the villa...🙂 Work out nice for me.

Very good beds. Well equipped. High standards. Nearby nice local supermarket. Residencial area nearby Xabia and close enough to Denia. Good start point for cycling. Single or pairs.

We loved our stay in the apartment. The views from the bedroom and bathroom were amazing and the pool was very refreshing. Glad there was airco in our apartment as well. The hosts were also very kind.

Unfortunately lot of issues happened (running water, WiFi week, electricity, curtain), I would recommend a table into the room & WiFi signal router/enhancer.

Fantastic pool area & garden, modern building, automated/motorized with elevator etc.

Very lovely place, with great view on mountains. Pool, barbeque, outside kitchen - everything was perfect. Bathroom with window on mountain and mattress that make you don't want to wake up.

Although we did have privacy and the owners were super friendly, we did feel like we were staying at someone's home and were conscious about disturbing (using the pool, playing music etc).

Place was clean and quiet. Very modern and enjoyed the use of the pool and stunning views! The room itself was beautiful and felt great to have a comfortable and relaxing space.

If anything, would be nice to have a lockbox with key and instructions through the app or something, to make it easier for owner and guest not to have to coordinate times.

It is a beautiful house and room, makes you feel like a million bucks. The electric curtains, the mountain views, the bathroom with heightened jacuzzi tub, the balcony, it’s all amazing.

The bed mattress was a bit soft for our taste, but the hosts mentioned that they are upgrading it next week.

The apartment's location was fantastic, and the hosts were excellent. The room offered amazing views and was very spacious. The amenities provided were impressive. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay.

shower door broken, we couldn’t get heating to work, & WIFI was very very weak we couldn’t open doors to go onto balcony & wind whistled through windows

The facilities as described were not accurate or clearly explained.We thought we were going to an apartment with limited self contained kitchen facilities. However, this was not the case, and there was only an outside kitchen which was some distance away walking through the house , a private residence and around the garden. So not very convenient at all. The bathroom which looked so amazing with its fabulous view of the Montgo wasnt so fabulous as the Jacuzzi didnt work and the shower door was missing . The TV was small and dated and pointless . You would be better off using your phone / laptop for streaming . We had a week long stay but housekeeping was only available at extra cost … no change of sheets , no fresh towels so we ended up going to the launderette in Javea which was much cheaper but obviously took time out of our day. If you need heating in the apartment book early because we were told it takes a day to heat up. Also bring your own bin bags as you only get one !! If you are an animal lover you wont like the large dog caged up in the parking area that will bark at anyone that pulls up . All in all a very disappointing stay for a really wonderful location.

The view was great … but that was it .
