Lack of cleaning room as stated fur 6 nites and wasn’t cleaned . Had to take towels to the other hotel to get clean . Breakfast stated only toast and coffee machine . Hotel b&b the better of the 2 hotels .

We get a small balcony smaller than others and without desk on balcony and air conditioning was poor like it is broken + the breakfasts was look like it is 0.60€ per person

I did not stay at this hotel even though I had paid for it, when I got to reception , they asked for a 200 euro deposit, as they were having problems with booking.com, when I said I had already paid it made no difference. Other people checking in had the same procedure. I asked if I got my money returned the next day to be told , she the receptionist did not know how long or even if I would get my money returned In the end I booked another hotel Booking.com should drop this hotel

Nobody in reception all day there was people waiting 3+ hours for a member of staff until the “cleaner” came in and said go to the other one down the road and then we couldn’t go into our room until 8pm (check in said 5-6pm) the room was dirty, had bed bugs, no toilet paper so we left would not recommended staff were AWFUL too

We book in for 8 nights, after 6 nights we had to run out of the place. We were given two towels and they were never replaced after six days despite asking continuously at reception which is in another building three blocks up the road. The rooms were never serviced, no toilet paper, no clean towels. The breakfast consisted of sliced bread left on the reception desk beside a toaster and a tub of melted margarine, a coffee vending machine that ran out of coffee before 8.30am. The lift was constantly out of order. Despite continually bring in these issues to management, nothing was ever done. There were also cockroaches in the reception area. Guests were leaving their rubbish out in the hallway and it was there for days. It is a filthy hostal. Would not recommend it even to homeless people.

The property reception wasn’t even clean and had a bad smell, our room also had a bad smell and it wasn’t sufficiently cleaned at the check in. The next day, they did not even bother to clean our room or throw the trash away, we spent 2 nights and 3 days with the same towels, bed sheets, full trash and just 1 roll of tissue paper for 2 women who were in their period.

The only thing we like about the accommodation was the location, close to so many establishments, food stuff and city center. Staff and cleaning were horrible. No maintenance & bad odor.

If I could pit 0/10 I would. I’m hella disappointed first of all because in the end I didn’t stay there and I didn’t receive my money back (we booked to stay 1 night). But hear me out why this was by far the worst place I have ever booked. The moment you walk in your room, there’s a strong smell of chemicals and mold. The room was extremely dirty — dust everywhere, stained bed sheets and towels, and even insects in the bathroom. There was mold, rust, and hair on the soap. The balcony door didn’t lock (they told us someone once locked themselves there so the removed a locker) !we were on 1st floor!, the main door felt weak, and it was absolutely unsafe. The air conditioner barely worked and was covered in dust. These conditions are unacceptable and pose a serious risk to both health and safety. We decided not to stay at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. After we tried to talk to stuff about refund they told us to contact them trough email, it’s been a week now and there’s now answer.. we tried to contact through phone and the person there didn’t speak english so he just hung up, Booking.com promised to deal with this place but again we HAVEN’T heard anything from them at all. Such a waste of money.

Poor breakfast, no special attention to the problems, no management, no recompensation for the problems , also there's no reception to report the problem ,they lied us about the escalator they had. We booked on the 5th floor trusting that tey have lift on the building as they shows on their page but when we reached there the lift was not working we stayed 3 days and the lift was never working. We did ups and downs 5th floor all the three days with stairs . Horrible

I never write reviews but after reading such horendous reviews prior to arriving here I felt I needed too I just got home from the this hotel today The 2 lady's who are at the sister hotel at end of the road where you pick up your room key were lovely , Location perfect there was no noisy people in This hotel the doors are a bit loud but that's fine , I didn't pay any £50 euros deposit either the coffee from coffee machine was nice too ,the rooms were perfect size for me with a balcony very basic but for the money you must expect that , so overall I actually liked it here so all the terrible reviews on here I'd ignore and give them a chance

i didn’t like that it didn’t have a fridge so our drinks was getting warm quite easy but everything else great.
