I have rarely found such care and availability of useful information in a holiday home.

Great communication prior to arrival by Javeira, with check in / access instructions. We were warmly met by Martin and given clear details about the property. Felt very secure. The property is clean, home from home with everything that you might need. Well equipped bathroom and kitchen , good wifi. Excellent instruction manual . Lovely touch leaving us bottled water and milk to start us off.

The car park was very tight. Needed careful navigation, and we only had a small car. That said, having parking on site was a bonus.

Excellent communication by our hosts. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed with the bonus of being in a good location.

The local host met me on site and guided me to the underground carpark space. He carried my luggage and escorted me to the apartment and gave me a guided tour of the facilities. The place was well stocked with consumables and household products. Additionally the host gave me some guidance on Jerez and the sites of interest including restaurants. A very happy visitor.

The property was immaculately clean. Was fully equipped with everything you could possibly require for a weeks stay. We were given excellent advice on where to go and what to see by Martin and Javier who made us feel very welcome.

The underground parking was very tight for larger cars, ours was a compact BMW coupe and would be the maximum size to fit in. Smaller cars would be fine.

Lovely friendly hosts who went the extra mile to leave a welcome food pack and bathroom provisions. Also texted important info during our stay and checked if we needed anything. They also provided a useful info pack on Jerez including maps and great restaurant recommendations. Directions to the free underground parking came in picture form via email before we arrived. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice stay in a fantastic location of Jerez.

Our friendly hosts met us to help us park our car and enthusiastically orient us to Jerez. They offered loads of suggestions for food and sightseeing, which helped us enjoy our 2.5 days in Jerez. The apartment was clean, modern, spacious, and in a perfect location for exploring on foot. The kitchen was the best stocked with cookware and basic ingredients that we have ever encountered. Loved our stay here!

The apartment is exceptionally well equipped with everything one might need. The position is perfect for the old town, and the host could not be more helpful and accommodating. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on. On-site parking is a real bonus.

Apartment located in a beautiful building, excellent location close to shops, bars and restaurants with the added bonus of free secure parking on site. Very clean, well equipped with everything you would need. Extremely clear instructions on how to operate everything inside the property and a folder full of information/recommendations. Met by owner’s mother who although couldn’t speak English was very friendly and we used Google translate and sorted everything without a problem. 100% recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay

Everything was perfect so nothing that we did not like.

Even though we were delayed by approx 2 hrs Javiera and Isobel met us at the station and took us to the apartment. Their hospitality was world class and I can honestly say I have had such a positive experience on arrival.

You do have to be organised to alert owners 30 minutes before arrival, but it works.

Beautiful apartment with everything provided including milk and water in the fridge. Charming owners met us at the apartment to explain the parking and keys and what to visit in Jerez. Parking is quite tight, but very convenient to have in the city centre. Only a short walk to main sights.

It was perfect from start to finish. The hosts were so nice and easy to communicate with. They even picked us up from the station which we really appreciated. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. It was so well equipped with anything you would need for a stay, including fully stocked bathroom with all toiletries, even hair dryer and straighteners. The kitchen has all the basics and the hosts left milk and water in the fridge for us. The apartment is situated in an old palace with a beautiful courtyard setting and the beautiful town is right on the doorstep. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend to anyone.

There was everything you could possibly need and very comfortable. Ideal location in the old town only 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to restaurants,bars etc. Hosts were extremely helping in showing the best places to visit, eat etc in Jerez.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful. The apartment was fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine and fully stocked pantry with condiments. The hosts were very thoughtful in leaving milk and bottled water in the fridge. They pointed out their favorite tapas restaurants and markets and there were guidebooks and maps left in the apartment. This was by far the best accommodation we experienced during our three week travels through southern Spain.

Greeted by owners mum and dad who showed us where to park (in the back of the complex so really safe and handy). They were wonderful. Apartment was perfect and location great for wandering in Jerez.

All the necessary stuffs are equipped and prepared such as kitchen items and consumables, detergents for laundry washers and dish washers, linens, etc. The instruction book is really helpful to know everything and guidebook is also great to know where to eat and see. Recommended bar, Las Banderillas, is fantastic. Thank you for the guidance.
