Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IrelandFirst few days were quiet and relaxed but with mi term break children arrived and pool became in access able for me. Was surprised children were allowed unsupervised to remain in pool during aquafit time.

JerseyI think more plugs by the beds would be better , not enough plug stations x bath was a bit battered , big chununk out of the enamel. Hallway carpets a bit dated . No information pack about the hotel , times of meals , activities!!!

IrelandWe had no Kettle, tea coffee etc in our room. We were travelling with a person using wheelchair/ mobility scooter( who booked using a different uk agent) This hotel does not cater well for people with mobility scooters even though they hire out this equipment for use by their guests. The bathrooms are totally unsuitable for these people as are the lifts. There is only one toilet that is suitable and that is downstairs and was locked when we went to use it . This causes huge embarrassment and inconvenience. Very shocking for such a big hotel. Considering the age demographic of majority of the guests I would have expected better facilities for people with reduced mobility.

IrelandTea making facilities would have been nice with the dessert after the evening meal. Price had increased from my previous year's stay but this was expected and was still good value for money.
Very satisfied overall. Great breakfast, evening meals, air conditioning ,pools and bedroom. Checking in was fast and staff very friendly and helpful. Building very clean, bedroom cleaned every day and supplied with fresh towels. Bottle of champagne was a lovely touch on arrival.

United KingdomThe only problem I had was the shower water temperature was running too hot and then went cold. Also shower tray got full quite quickly and overflowed on to the bathroom floor.
Good choice of breakfast. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Comfy beds and rooms are spacious enough. Pool area has plenty of sunbeds.

Australia- food at buffet could have food allergies e.g. what is gluten free as I had to guess/ask but food was amazing regardless - staff at front desk could be friendlier. One lady I dealt with was lovely though - it would be good to have a rule where people can’t bags pool lounges as I saw two that weren’t touched for three hours but had towels on them!!! Stopped a few of us getting a spot so I went to the beach instead
- comfortable bed and room - great buffet with lots of delicious choices - good location, close to some small beaches - two pools - great sized bathroom and excellent shower pressure to wash hair - good amenities - excellent house keeping - supermarkets close by and a taxi rank across the street. Bus stop also not far - lots of restaurants and bars nearby
