Great location. Only a short walk from town center. Apartment was clean and tidy.

Meet and greet was difficult. The person who came was there to clean the apartment only. She certainly didn't have the skill set for Meet and greet. Secondly the apartment address was incorrect. The actual entrance was in another street. Very disconcerting for a solo traveller. One might think it was a scam. There was no microwave and no instructions for any of the appliances in the apartment. All the above was disappointing but we had a lovely time.

Location is fabulous for the old part of a beautiful city. The apartment was very comfortable and temperate. The beds extremely comfortable.

Small things. It would be great to have a few extra of certain things - an extra tea-towel, a few extra toilet rolls. We are fine with the steps, but this could be a barrier for anyone less mobile.

Great location. A very well presented and well equipped flat. Modern facilities in the kitchen, bathrooms and lounge. A nice space to relax in as well as a well located base from which to explore the city. Great service from Mila.

Just a suggestion to include a microwave in the kitchen.

A very large, spacious apartment near the old part of Jerez. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. A hallway links all areas including a large kitchen and very spacious lounge/diner. We travelled as a couple but there is plenty of space for two couples. The entrance to the apartment is just off the main street. We arrived early but our host met us and enabled early access which was much appreciated. It is on the second floor - there is no lift. The reverse air conditioning provided heat during our stay. The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. The bathrooms seem to be recently updated and the shower worked well. Loved the patterned bathroom floor tiles. The apartment is in a good situation to walk to the places of interest near the old town. There is a selection of shops, bars and restaurants near the central square. The apartment building was very quiet during our stay. There is some road noise but we were not disturbed by this. We would recommend the Lustau sherry visit which is just a few minutes walk on the same street as the apartment. We used the train from Jerez airport to arrive and a taxi on our return - both options worked well. We would happily stay in this apartment again if visiting Jerez.

Nothing really.

Good communication and help from the host. Great location to enable exploration of the old town on foot. A really lovely flat, over and above expected. Whilst Calle Arcos is full of life and noise it never felt intrusive, and the main bedroom is away from the street and quiet. Would happily stay there again and happily visit Jerez again.
