Facility is really old. One of the two bathrooms is not working (the drain was clogged) so we can only use one. And you can see some stains on the bedsheets. Almost 5 days before the trip the staff will text you to pay the city tax with *URGENT* reminders… 😂 people will pay in the end however just some travelers are busy with preparing for the travel so those *URGENT* message bombs won’t ease the pre-travel stress…

The villa is beautiful and the location is perfect! You can also enjoy the privacy.

Outdoor shade difficult to find during the afternoon. Mosquitos (which is not the owner's fault of course!)

Very well equipped kitchen. Pool was clean and lovely. Great views and sunsets in particular. Quiet and privacy, despite being in a resort. Air-con effective and easy to control. Wi-Fi good. Lots of good storage, including safe.

Kitchen could have better amenities/tools, problems with hot water and drainage in the shower, as well as a bad smell from plumming when we arrived

Feedback: - Cleanliness: There were areas very dirty. We had to go to the supermarket and buy cleaning materials - Condition: There were several items broken or not in good condition. Ex: the main shower was clogged most of the time, the towel hanger was broken in the main bathroom, the trash can was broken in the main bathroom, the shower was leaking water on the floor, the microwave and fridge are rusted and painted with white paint (must be changed) - Mold: The AC units are full of mold. This is very unhealthy and needs urgent attention. The ceiling in the bathroom has mold present too but it is painted white

The air conditioning in the bedrooms is not particularly effective.

Great location, looking out across Platges de Fornells. The pool is very well maintained and the villa itself is very comfortable. The hosting company are also extremely helpful and responsive.

We were given Villa No 1. As you enter you see two very dirty sofas which we had to cover with towels before we could use. It feels very dated. The worst of it was the Main Bedroom stank of damp and the bedding in the wardrobe was actually damp. The room could not be used. Its en suite shower has a grubby feel and a smelly drain. Luckily, there were only two of us so we used the twin room but the beds are rock hard and creak. There are bugs and many tiny ants on the floors. It's such a shame as the outside is lovely. The doors are latched and really awful to use. They don't stay open and the noise from the stiff latches is quite loud. We felt sorry if 4 people were arriving and had to use that room. We let Estate Homes know before we left and they said we should have mentioned it earlier and they would have sent a cleaning team! I'm afraid cleaners cannot treat the cause of damp. The TV was hopeless as no English channels. The safe could only take Passports and small stuff and my 10-inch Tablet would not fit so be careful of your Valuables. We felt ripped off and think tourists are taken advantage of with this Villa. I cannot recommend this to anyone therefore.

Small issues that can easily be solved: - No shower outside - No bathroom towel hangers, especially for shower towels

Position was great, in a very nice area of the island. The terrace is amazing and you can enjoy your meals outside.

we were staying here on off season so most places were closed and if we hadn’t rented a car we’d have no way of getting anywhere since it’s far from what’s open.

Such a pretty villa, we laid by the pool and we able to cook in the villa since they provide cooking tools. Great place!!!
